Manufacture year is 2020 and invoice is 2021.
As per mindset here in Pakistan, it's 2021 model now because invoice date always matters.
Anybody knows that how many days, Honda will take to deliver invoice and relavent documents to dealership??
My car has arrived at dealership on 1st January. Now waiting for documents.

Documents would arrive after one week in most cases.
Usually it takes 10 days. You can get delivery of car and get documents for registration later.
Or if you want to be safe, then push dealership for documents and get it registered before taking it out of showroom
I will register first and then will take delivery of my car.
Why? Is there any specific reason? What if it takes 10 or more days? Will you still wait?
IMO it's more safe than to take it applied for in my area.
I would advise you to get it insured first then you can take it home and get it registered later also.
Insurance is a must before taking it out of showroom.

remember excise will take manufacture year as model I have Gli invoiced on 30122019 and invoice mentions model as 2020 but states the vehicle was manufactured in 2019 so excise office Islamabad consider 2019 on registration but invoice has it has 2020 model clearly mentioned model : 2020.
If Excise Office, manufacturinh year takes as model.No problem, if we have Original Factory document mentioned 2021 model then final opinion is clear. Factory opinion takes precedence over Excise data entry operator.
