that's fine but this thing only matters for resale and buyer will take excise mentioned model as excuse to bargain price however in reality it does not make any difference at all. So we should enjoy our cars instead of worrying about model or anything.

you can insure it from floor of showroom and take it out tension free. insurance is done on basis of your NIC+engine no.+chassis number - thats all - registration number can be added later on as registration takes time. which insurance company are you choosing and rate offered?

31st Dec delivery ki car ki Invoice per tou 2021 model hai but excise ny as 2020 model registered kia hai. Kia sb k sath aysa hua?
As I said above in this very same thread excise takes year of manufacture as Model where as invoices generated in end of December state model as next year so on invoice your car model is 2021 whereas excise will say its 2020 same happened with my Gli invoice generated on 30122019 and model mentioned on invoice was 2020 where as excise record say its 2019.

I have always said in above posts that anything manufactured before 31 Dec is 2020 and same would be the year .
