i asked a friend to bring it from abroad but one can easily get it from aliexpress. And no i didnt check the timing yet as the car is running perfectely for the last 4 ish years so will do it soon as the timing belt needs to be replaced soon

Any decent fine machinist can make it for you. Ideally have it made from brass as its self lubing.

Dial indicators are sold in market, it wont be an expensive thing overall after custom machine work.

As you have mentioned earlier that as long as the engine is top notch and working in its torque band, ITS GOOD TO GO.

Now my question is, does this rule apply to all the Diesel engines ?
For instance take Toyota's 1GD-FTV. Makes
130kW@3400 rpm
450Nm@1600 - 2400 rpm
Redline : 4300rpm
Can driving outside the above mentioned torque band stress/damage the engine ?

Fill slowly, startup cold with rad cap open, wait till normal temperature. Fill up as it burps. Close it

Leave level in expansion tank slightly over.

Sir a small query is it possible we can put a small vacumm pump connected inline with a vacumm guage to bledd of any air. If yes whats the safe value for applied vacumm if any. And sir instead of connecting the vacumm pump to the rad cap with a adapter can we add install a vacumm bleeder to lets say on a 2c to the outlet port to csd device and other such points.

Just and idea that has been floating in my mind.

Such equipment already exists. Infact this is how coolant and psf is filled on assembly line.

Its an adapter with two valves, one for vacuum one for oil.

Commercially sold as "airlift" radiator fill

Sir locally i couldnt find the rtu vacumm bleeder so just meddling to create one for myself. I have been searching a bit about specs max vacumm etc

If you are crafty, you can make it with a radiator cap,, pipe nipples and some ball valves along with a vacuum pump

Yes sir will try already ordered the brass fittings but just short on a vacumm source now

again, if you are crafty enough - you can utlilize another engines vacuum pump (if you are very crafty and careful in your work).

do not try this unless you are 1000% sure of how to control it.

dear from where you have purchase this dial guage ... i fail to find it in rwp and then order from aliexpress , and you can custom make adopter very easily , i did that couple of months before ,,,,,,

I know for sure dial gauges are sold in karachi everyday.

For your city, go ask a lathe operator where they buy

Very easy.

Get a used pump head center bolt, thats the threading you need to make on your adapter,

The other end holds the gauge, use a thumb screw or something, the whole piece should be hollow with a thin rod/pin through it but long enough to touch the plunger inside the pump head.

Alhumdulillah got a small 3.5 cfm vacumm pump and a couple of vacumm guages to regulate vacumm. Hopefully in the next few days when ever i get sone free time will assemble the thing.
