material is nt expensive but this work needs gr8 deal of time i.e labour cost is high
circuit khud banai hai and bought these LEDs frm Collage Road

its been a while that i ve been searching for LED rear lights or any kind of light that cud make my ride look better but cudnt find any..

so i thought y nt to get them custom made so i went to babu mahala to get an estimate. Well they made me rethink abt getting those lights done by asking a lil to much

So this brought me to this point that nw i ve strtd making Rear LED lights on my own and by DIY i mean that these things are really being done by my own hands and as i m accounting student this make me more than happy that i m doing this thing abt which i knw nothing...if someone said resistor i was like..Huh??!!

The Project is far from completion but wud be updating u guys frm time to time as this project proceeds

Till then this is wat i ve done.....So do give comments and also suggestion; And specially criticism wud be entertained :)

I made a group of 3 LEDs and a resistor per group and attached all of the groups in parallel, you can search the how to connect LEDs in series and parallel from internet. Also look for correct rating resistor.

in KHI when i ask for red bright led they have that 1.5volt ine.....or 330 ohm ka esistor mago to khete hn wo bareek wala.....

i used 330 ohms resistors for 3 LEDs and I m assuming u knw how to connect LEDs and resistors correctly... Btw different colored LEDs require different resistors. refer to the link to calculate the required resistor rating. Current limiting Resistor calculator for leds

Plus, also see the colored lines on the resistor and match them with the resistors u r getting.....the color bands show the resistance rating which would be mentioned in the link I have mentioned

positive wire from the source will be connected with Resistor end, which will be connected with positive side of LED, whose negative side will be connected with positive of 2nd LED...... I would suggest u make 1 group of 3 LEDs and resistor and test it with a 9 volt battery! as the groups turn out to be a success, then connect all the LED groups together!
