If you leave endurance activity you will lose stamina.
If you leave strength training activity for a few weeks you will lose muscle mass and 20% strength.
If you leave your mass building activities (diet & exercise) you will lose your shape. Fat would start depositing between your muscle fibers and thus giving them that soft, rounded look.
In summers bodybuilders mostly concentrate on mass building exercises from an endurance perspective I.e, 20 rep squats or clean and presses with some emphasis on their prized body part e.g, biceps, forearms, triceps or calves.
While summers are for endurance and losing fat. Winters are for gaining mass.
To keep muscles in operation you need to keep them under constant tension. But then for that you need food to repair and maintain them. I would suggest to focus on an endurance activity. And if you feel like it; at the end pick up your favorite multi-joint exercise and rep out with 80% or 50% of your one rep max.
