As per my instructor at gym, from my fellows at work place and gym and as I have heard, the yellow portion of the egg is GARAM. so one has to avoid it after gym...this may be a desi statement, but since i have heard it from many ppl so i avoid zardi...even i was listening to a bb "Fida hussain" at geo sports (fida hussain has won some asian BB champion ship i think last year in india), he was telling his daily diet, he told that he takes 30~40 boiled eggs' white portion daily along with other items....
but from few above posts, zardi is not harmless....so i am also bit confused now...
