some rules i would like to recomend to you guyz for a good power full body.
(1)- do a lot of running. atleast atleast 15 kms a week,(H)
(2)- when working out be very focused and concentrated.
(3)- meditation is very important, as it will allow you to clear your mind,along with an easy breating meditation.
(4)- eat a lot of heavy diet, liek beef(boti,kebab,steaks)(H), eat a lot of food and drink 2 litres of milk a day, a lot of dhal pulses(chana, specialy),vegetable salads
(5)- you need to spend atleast 20,000 a month for the first year on your suppliments,
bsn whey proteins,muscle tech whey proteins, creatine by bsn muscle tech,bsn, no explode ,asault tech,jack 3d. a lot of amino acids,fish oils, calcium pills, vitamins,proteins,celmass and a lot more.
(6)- choose the best gyms with a lot of machines fitness first,shapes etc
(7)- make sure you have a workout partner preferably a female as she will keep you motivated and give you company.(H)
(8)- for running make sure you have got good nikes on
(9)- get your self a good suana bath and a full body oil massage after that.
(10)- and give your body a good break from time after time to heal.
if you follow these 10 steps i am sure you will be touching 100 kgs in 1 year if required.
even i havent been able to mantain all these 10 points at the same time if so i can easily touch 130 kgs.....after which i wont have to open doors as i will be able to walk through walls,:P(H)
