ECU for 5afe(repair) and pinout/sensor connection

So you need a table of toyota pinout codes?

10= injector 1-2
20= injector 3-4
ISC = ac idle up solenoid
RSO - idle control motor open
RSC - idle control motor close
NE+ crank sensor
NE- crank sensor
G- cam sensor
G+ cam sensor
IGT = ignitor trigger
IGF = ignitor feedback
PIM - map sensor feedback
THW - coolant sensor
THA - air temp sensor
STA - starting signal (engine wont work without this)
FC - circuit opening relay controller
E01 sensor ground
E1 main ground
B+ Power key on
BATT - keep alive
VC - 5v reference to map and tps
VTA - throttle sensor feedback
IDL - idle mode swifch (if equipped)
AC1 ac command
OX - oxygen sensor feedback
HT - oxygen sensor heater (if equipped)

Sir it could be a foolish question but would be helpful for me what are the main important pins which are important to start an engine or what are the connections which i need to made that make engine alive

`STA will see 12V when you are starting the car or when starter motor engages and when car starts STA will see 0V.

I had a car with STA missing and engine use to start but in limp mode.

1st is the ecu of 5afe and 2nd is the ecu of 4afe both have different STA pinouts but at present ecu which is 4afe STA is not connected still engine cranks perfectly @Xulfiqar @Hassan1991 @capsat ur input plz

STA wire connects with the starter solenoid trigger wire. Ecu reads 12v when starter cranks. So ecu can enrich the mixture while cranking.

STA is to change ecu to starting mode - injectors fire together as batch as priming shot to enable faster start and ignition timing is locked at 8 degrees till 300 rpm is registered from crank sensor, it shares same 12V +ve
wire that goes to starter or starter relay.

btw it seems like you have an automatic transmission ecu for ECT type gearbox, I can see the D, L, R, SPD, SPD2 NSW, S1, S2 and SL pins too. If you put this on a manual car, it wont work as it will be stuck forever in limp mode.

Sir that 4afe ecu is working as only important wires are connected with it most of the wires are not connected. The STA of 4afe is not connected i don't know what that electrician has done with this the ECU is having 12v from unknown pin . M confused about this

This distributor came with engine now i don't know hows it look like (5afe) distributor well m tired wd this ECU but will not loose hope i will do my best . There was no spark before ab kuch wires ki jga change kerny say kuch feeling aa rhi hain start wali i hope it will work

You probably are in limp mode, and this is confirmed by the sta wire missing.

Get the wiring proper, buy a circuit opening relay, A main relay if required, the correct distributor and then wire it properly, connect the check light so it can help in diagnosis too.

Gari helki c start ho k bend ho jati ha aj CNG per start ki to CNG per chel perri ha i think its injectors are not getting pulse from ECU. STA k sewa b CNG per gari start ho jati ha

@Xulfiqar @Vaqas1 @Hassan1991 @capsat @s.usmanali2011 thank u guys Alhamdolillah engine start ho gya petrol per b now its working fine but for this i have visited to an electrician in Rawalpindi sultan khoo he changed the wires/pinouts after this the problem solved now i will go for test drive after lil in Sha Allah sb theek ho ga Jazak ALLAH
