ECU for 5afe(repair) and pinout/sensor connection

My another question is that where is the other edge of this wire which is already in cluster if i got that i connect it to ecu although the wire i have added from ecu to cluster is working but taron ka jangaal benn gya ga kuch wires mil nhi rhi hain mujh ko meri kem ilmi ki wajah say

Rotate wheel slowly to see the pulses on your dmm in dcv mode, if you check for voltage with spinning wheel you will see a mean average voltage of the high and low voltages. (Meaning half the total spike)

somewhere in body wiring... just cut and seal the end...1-2 wires wont hurt.....else pull the whole wiring to settle ...

I try to dig out but from cluster the main wiring is going left and right where should I try to trace its next edge right side or left side ?

bro first of all tell me the pin function at circuit path, once it known you can recognize the voltage across the zener diode which seems to be damaged. what i believe zener should be replaced with 5.2 volts. but need to be confirm , else you also need to check power rail circuit for shorten it may be supplied be fet or voltage regulator ic.

I checked it with multimeter when i drove the car the meter shows different values on different speed does it mean the spd is connected correctly? Ecu is getting pulses from speedometer

Dear i have changed the zener Alhamdolillah its working perfectly now m tracing its missing wires from wiring and have connected the pins properly to clear the codes

@Xulfiqar @hassan1991 yesterday i cleaned the throttle body and m messed with it the rpm is not stable like some times its above the 1000 sometimes it stays below 700 so for thag i cleaned the IAC valve but all in vain should i change its throttle body ? I things the coin of throttle body is not in good shape the light pass through it

check TPS and its values..... there could be vacuum leak or air leak also..look for it also....

TB doesnt goes bad like this...reset it all by DC +ve terminal and check back again after every adjustment

M sick with this issue and it irritates me now do u think a used kabuli TB will work for me i inquired its available around 4500 and all 5afe TBs are same ?

I have read the post from the start till the end for personal knowledge.

Mechanics especially auto electricians are really underappreciated in the media.

This whole stuff looks more complex than computer engineering or even rocket science.

If salaries were matced to complexity of the job, I think mechanics would have earned the most salary.

I plan to read the posts multiple times to gain an understanding of how the ECU (the brain of the car) is related to other parts. I believe that the ECU functions more or less the same in every car, correct me if I am wrong.

find the cause 1st...its a hit and miss...it could be any other issue..never usually seen TB failing on these engines....usually its a TPS or IACV or any leak . hope your wiring to TPS IACV to ecu is all good too

M doing my best and have spent a day in this after coming back from office have removed it agaun n cleaned IACV again

The main function is same but the methodology could be bit different in modern cars there are few more sensor but most of the old model car wiring butchered ny the daisi electrician in their stupid ways that's why here we are doing our best to made this as it should be . My car ecu was faulty to i repaired it after that m on the way to make all sensors alive for best performance
