In pakistan, major issue is original oil than grades unfortunately. Even Taglon sells for 500-600 less outside then dealership. How come? Somehow at the end dealerships remain the safest option and even in my circle cars going since day1 to dealerships have zero issues whatsoever. Even ur air and oil filters have 100 types of copies available, practically impossible to identify so i rely on imc seal rather than saving 500 pkr.
Ary did a complete program on fake oil being packaged here. This business has huge margins and sellers make every single cent out of customers. Amsoil as an example is sold as premium at every other shop without any authenticity and people pay twice the price feeling that corolla will become camry lol
