Let's see if i can sort out these issues with their help. I changed the power oil pipe and filled the power oil, but its still hard.

About clutch, let me find their stance first. As he suggested that it is only issue of some settings and they'll fix it easily. That also used to happen with E13 in place after I left the mechanic. Only the throttle cable issue.

I felt the noise and hard clutch issue right when i first drove it, but it was already 10:00PM Sunday, and I went back home.

And Mr. dumb u wired a GA15 yourself and properly. I should be the one asking things about bijli from you. I am hands on and experienced with engines and mechanicals but damn afraid from bijli stuff and my luck always run out with bijli. That feeling of being desupported on bijli with Ghuncha gone still haunts me.

Bhai i am an accountant by profession. Do not forget that. DIYs and pangas are a hobby but my mind work best with mechanical stuff. I get hang of it easily. Bijli is not my cup of tea. Got it for Rs. 3000/- when I was pissed off at the UPS not working in May-June.

Some blamed UPS, while I knew batteries were the culprit.

In the end, I proved my point with this meter. Then calculated the whole AC load and converted to DC Amps and hours, got 2 batteries of 85AH each when dumb guys suggested 2x100Ah minimum, and see, those are still going strong great backup.

The plain AC measuring ones were available for Rs. 500-600, while those capable of measuring upto 10A DC ranged around Rs. 1000.

The reason for selecting this was that I wanted to diagnose car starting system, where current during start may go up to a huge value.

Seriously, when I'm on a long route, at times, I can't control the blood, tested many times. Drive with full throttle. My younger brother who has traveled with me a few times knows this, and he strongly opposed the 18 as soon as he learned about it. So was my dad's opinion. And I had my mind clear enough when I looked at 18 buddy and didn't find anything teasing in my heart (H)

I think enough of this 15 vs 18 now. If star2 is not a road rasher like me, and some suspension + brakes upgrade is no problem for him, he may go for that 18 one.

My personal opinion is that such swaps should only be undertaken if one is known to be a responsible driver, otherwise it is a disaster waiting to happen and we have lost many pakwheelers already on rides that were overpowered beyond their handling capability. It's a very high price to pay for a little bit of fun, not worth it.

That's one hell of a clean wiring.... Those are the plugs in white, one of them goes to the dashboard, its wires needs to be connected separately one by one

I have had quite some tussles with UPS vendors blaming the battery and battery vendors blaming the UPS. When I got hold of both of them in one place I told them what I want and if they want to consult me for stupid issues I pointed out before I'll discount their bill by the hour.

Problems got resolved real quick.

5 fans - 5 lights: 2 batteries of 100Ah each.

I decided to calculate the actual load of all fans. And i was surprised by the results.

1 Pak Fan = 60W, and it used to give highest air flow.

2 Sufi fans = 95-100W each, with poor air

1 Pak fan of 80's probably = 80W with reasonable air flow.

I calculated the impact of those idiot Sufi fans on my bills, and estimated that if i replace the fans with new Pak fan ones, they would recover their cost in maybe 2-3 years.

"Mehnga roey 1 bar, sasta roey bar bar"

Going with the calculations, I estimated that even 2 batteries of 60Ah would be sufficient, provided I discharge the batteries more. Those lead acid batteries don't last more than one year, anyways.

2 more fans connected to the system, and 85Ah ones (AGS brand) took the load of 6 fans and 8 lights with no backup problems.
