whatever cartoon AC shops you are visiting are idiots. Its not a huge effort - a proper AC mechanic/tech can identify the solution by just using a few tools.
list of few tools.
manifold gauges
thermocouplers.
If you have super high liquid pressure and very hot condenser and no cool output, check the cooling fan - if thats ok, check the expansion valve.
In some older cultus the TXV is T shaped with sensor tail. If the sensor tail is not correctly tied to the evap outlet line with a metal clamp and the whole TXV not covered in tape then the system will not cool as the txv will not be throttling the liquid flow into the evaporator (cooling coil)
the H shaped TXV on cultus are easy as their sensor is inside and dont need to be covered.
Another point is to test the state of the liquid line from the condenser to the dryer to the evaporator, if you have any point where it suddenly is cooling off its a blockage and the system will never cool.
If you have installed a piece of trash toy car compressor like from a useless mini pajero, the system will never work as that little compressor does not have enough volume capacity required. The genuine denso compressors equipped in cultus are very good and almost never die, they can be resealed in about 30 minutes too (idiot cartoon shops wont have their seals though - real shops will)
Also make sure the thermal switch that is tied to the coolant intake pipe is not bad, if its bad it will shut down the compressor, (its job is to cutoff the compressor power line when the engine overheats)
Finally - charging the gas, if your system is not vacuumed with a "vacuum pump" the gas charge will be adulterated with air and wont work.
So - all in all - find a real shop who use their brain - they dont exist as sasta and mayari.
