Extremely low fuel average

Engine is not swapped, I have already checked it.
CNG kit is there but CNG is removed long ago.

I live near Kashmir Road, Karachi.
Tried Jamshed road, mechanic full jugaadu hain wahan kay. Root cause jay bajae jugaar system ziada hai wahan (I, along with other friends felt this).

Done below things:
- Changed engine oil (Total Quartz 10W-40).
- Replaced air filter (Leppon)
- Replaced oil filter (Honda)
- Replaced spark plugs (NGK BKR5E-11)
- Radiator washed and Aisin green coolant added.
- Checked for leakage in injectors (none found Alhamdulillah)
- Injector cleaned via machine (they were way too dirty)
- IAC valve serviced (bohat ganda ho rha tha)
- Throttle body serviced
- Spark plugs cleaned
- Tappet adjustment

The drive is extremely smooth now Alhamdulillah but avg sahi abhi bhi nhi howa

What is your idle rpm? And is your radiator fan is auto or still direct???

700-1400 idle RPM. Sometimes its as high as 1400 and as low as 200 (200 is rare). Unable to understand this new change.

The fan is still direct as I am unable to find the thermostat for radiator fan.

You can easily find it in shershah or shafiq mor market. I changed my whole water pump pipe with thermostat valve and fan switch attached already. And best part is all d series engine shares same thermostat and fan switch so its easily available

As you have direct fan your rpm will remain high for most of the time until the car gets warm. And you can never get proper idle with direct fan. And it will always give you bad average

is gadi ka maximum milage 10 km per liter hai. dont expect miracles. the issue you are telling is about thoratel body the race is on 1200 rpm.

The main issue here is the ecu controls the idle and it will lower it if the operating temperature has reached. Its not a carburetor car in which everything is dependent on throttle body.

i had same car with d15b engine and its thermostat was direct for 3 years. the rpm was normal always but avg was disturbed due to direct fan. my IAC valve was bad on thoratel and wire was also bad due to which the rpm fluctuate. ecu seems to be fine. check other things

First thing he should do is to install thermostat valve and get the fan auto so the engine reaches operating temperature and ecu lowers the idle. Then he can do further diagnostics.

first of all please do following things

check fuel pump pressure by preasure guage
change your distributor coil ( don't reply that coil are okay just changed them for precaustions)
check the compression of every cylinder (this will show you the health of the engine)
check the allignment and balancing and there should be equal tire pressure in all tyres

if above changes does not help than prepare your wallet to replace the throttle body complete with the kabli one.
