Yes as per news Auto Version is in Testing Phase right now and no timeline for launch of Auto Version of V2, but Local assembly of V2 has been started and right now bookings are open for local assembly V2, deliveries are expected in August or September. As heard there will be not much difference in Local and Imported, it will be just like Hyundai Santro in Pakistan i.e Imported CKD units (like a few years back Hyundai Santro used to imports All the parts from Korea and then assembled at Dewan Farooq Karachi Plant) so similarly FAW V2 Parts will be imported from China and then assembled locally. But as per news alhaj faw is also localizing some of its Parts to increase Profitability but its a long term game I think and yes most Probably after some time of its local launch, its some parts like Tyres, Battery, AC compressor, interior and seats etc will be locally designed as per demand of Pakistan consumers, so it does not matter You book an imported or a local version in near future but for long term its better to Buy this vehicle as early as possible bcz imported CBU is still cheaper than Local because of Withholding tax and chances of Price increase after launch of Local Version. Next Month Local V2 media Launching is also Expected
