Support this argument as it has no limit being a dream vehicle
Requires continuous pouring in of finances & time with devotion to sustain mistri beatings
Well, the restoration process is spread over months or years & you still need more n more perfection
All those who build their dreams seldom sell them off
these vehicles have served the forces & had enough field beatings with original parts which are available in abundance any where , so for restoration don't go as per modern gadgetry try to keep it as genuine & simple as possible either it has to be FJ or BJ version do not install jet rotary power packs to fly it along modern vehicles to scale gradients on 90 degrees all out doors hill tops are accessible on reasonably ok vehicles & things can be manageable if you endeavor to make the things simpler. Even simple grid restoration to original specs will give you lot of rejoice. Try to get spares on throw away price from people who instead of scrap smiths who skin their clients too much without rationale & purchase it by weight. For this survey & put in effort your self if you abundance of resources the situation is all together different.
Bought first rig in 1999 & never gathered strength to restore it till to date, instead went for restored jeep same year which served well but unnecessarily rebuilt it & it ultimately became a flying machine but could't fly & end result was why i was driven by mistri myths .
Bought FJ-40 from an auction in 2013 & still money is being poured in , ultimately my experience is that expenses can be curtailed
