In the process of negotiating this. It's a 19 70 ' s fj. Army auctioned partially restored with an engine swap. I don't like the engine in it its a 2400cc diesel. There is hardly any rust and the paint job is just ok.... A friend went to see it.... will go there to check everything from the documents to chassis once the negotiation is complete. And it's 2010 registered so no withholding tax issue at all......

Withholding tax applies till ten years of registration, if I am not wrong.

The fuel tank is under the driver's seat in this model and in the newer ones its under the rear belly !

@homeboy let this FJ go in particular very old and you have no clue as to how metal was worked upon before painting. have some patience try to contact member @fouadhafeez [ locate on forum he has posted his cell number ] if you request for help you may get some GOOD machine to work upon to your standard & choice

Completely stock with original accessories, give and take some but around 1Million

If u focus the main expense that will be (keeping in mind that FJ40 I now discontinued so minimum collaboration b4 auction) 70-75K on engine, 50K on paint. 10-15K on wiring n electrition. 10K power staring, 20 K on seats.. If u r lucky u can avoid suspension. Now REGISTRATION.. Hmmm legal one from Punjab will cost u Rs.200K. JUGAAD from Quetta or KPK u can get it within 50k ... Lo gi abb + - kr lain

Because these things aren't practical and usually project vehicles always ask for money and room for upgradation. The lucky few who complete them, they enjoy them for some time and then sell afterwards, shook pura kar k.

I fear that these rigs r 30 years old n despite of complete restoration u have continuous visits of workshops... N no stoppage to expense.. Do more do more... The rig cost touches Million n it's Market price never increases from 500 - 600 K. Only one in a million gets over that.... If this assumption is true.. It's a nightmare​
