the cartel of auctioneers operate in unison and only " LOTS " are offered at auctions. Single units are never sold unless otherwise under some special case after approval from the GHQ. The retired red collars interested in vehicles have to buy single units from ' auctioneers aka lot owners '.

WHT is waived if there is a proof / evidence of registration date of vehicle is 10 years earlier of the transfer / ownership change date . as in police / provincial govt vehicles which carry registration numbers .

In Govt auction vehicle - Military vehicles are never registered so WHT condition at time of private registration can be manipulated based on a certificate from respective EME DTE at GHQ . [ The former owners of Vehicle ]

What to say here Bro. I am in the process of negotiating a 2010 registered fj. It's semi restored and it's functional. The engine is swapped so that's a turn off the rest is okay..... no rust or anything. The guy is not willing to come down a bit so let's see will update if we meet half way
