Recently upgraded both vehicles.
Sold crown and bought Prado 1997 with 5vz.
Sold altis and bought Premio 2007 first gen. 1.5L
Both are going awesome

After buying vehicle, I drive it for couple of days, make the list of observations for the points which needs to be address and send the car to Osama to fix all works. It’s working like one window operation for me

Starting guest house is also good business. People have converted their old homes into luxury guest houses and charge 5-15K per night.

This business is active in Lahore, ICT, Peshawar, Karachi, etc. Its good. But there are few tricks that people will start liking to stay in your guest house instead of staying in hotel.

Like giving free breakfast.
Having ample space for parking.
Giving free laundry services for guest staying more than 2 days.
Or pressing their clothes as free of cost etc.
Etc. etc.

Yes. Like this.

Here in PK, you don’t need to have 100% of product knowledge before starting the biz.

Even the bigger stores like Metro, HyperStart, Emtiaz’s, etc. they are selling at the same rates as the local shops.

But technically when you buy the bulk packing from factory’s nominated dealers, you get the same product as much discount and you can pass that discount to public with small margin for your own.

In PK as an average, one person consumes 1Kg tea per year. Imagine the consumption is huge. After starting this whole-sale shop, even can further extend the supply to small shops in the radius of 1Km and slowly increase the radius and eventually the sales.

Its perfect business.

Believe me or not, its true.

We have a very rich Jeweler (matric pass or matric fail type person) in nearest market who bought 1 kanal property on the main GT Road and turn it into school by construction of small rooms (for classes) and got the franchise of educators.

After 1 year, he bought the 2 more plots of 10 marla each and 3 homes of 5-marla each which were having joint wall with school. He paid them good money and bought the property and increase the strength of school.

Now his school strength is 2000-2200 kids.
And minimum fee is 8K for junior classes like kindergarten and 18-20K for pre-O
level and O levels. Now do the math and you will be surprised with numbers.

And here is the point which may give you an electric shock.

Now he owns 3 schools in Lahore. One on GT Road, one on Main Canal road near gulberg and one in Johar Town. And he is living like a king.

IPP is the actually big term I used since I
don’t know which can be perfect word for the same business in small level.

There are many business plazas, hospitals,
schools, colleges and offices who have hired a full time prime generation of power.
Ofcoarse they use wapda power too to balance out the equation. But major power they
are consuming is from Prime generators. Because plazas are so big and they
cannot be fully covered with solar power generation. Hence they still use generators
as backup and instead of buying them, they mostly hire them.

Hiring a genny for use on a closed circuit setup and selling power produced from the genny are not the same business.

Why dont you try that and report back how it went. 🤣🤣🤣.

A lot of people tried this on small scale via solar, windmill and genny and landed into a ton of legal trouble.
