Thank you Dear Sir for the kind appreciation!

Totally Agreed! I also happened to travel on Shahrah-E-Faisal (which has Air force and Navy setups in the opposite directions, correct me, if I am wrong, and that road's name is something else) and was good. Traffic flow was not much, may be due to closure of roads, and turns towards stadium, due to PSL, but Yes, bikes were there, sparing no one.
Another thing which haunted me was the traffic coming in opposite direction. If our vehicle is following line and lane, suddenly, out of nowhere, some rickshaw or bike will come, and to save it, you'll have to let go your right of way. This was common there.
Totally agreed! I visited that area once, to meet my friend. Careem driver took us somewhere through CAA / PIA Colony, but again, road conditions were very bad
I believe, there is no harm in living in high rise buildings / apartments, provided they fulfil following min. requirements:
- Proper construction, without compromising the safety and security of the structure, as well as its inhabitants.
- Provide all necessary utilities, especially water and sanitation.
- Well-ventilated.
- Last thing depends on the inhabitants. If they take care and look for their neighbours, give them the same level of respect as they would give to their own family members, then IMO, Flats are more practical.
Etc. Etc.
Most of the people avoid flats here (at least in twin cities, or Lahore, etc.), due to 1. Privacy reasons (if someone is standing in your pathway, and you have to move, then it feels very painful, especially if you are with your family. Aap kahein gey ya mana karein gey, to nai museebat aur tamasha) 2 .What if, someone living in the upper portion of the flat, starts playing soccer in the middle of night? Or starts drill machine to drill hole in the wall, when children / old people are sleeping in the noon? Its equally disturbing.
