Rightly said and totally agreed.
Previously, there used to be open advertisements in newspapers, however now, since long, at least I haven't seen any of their projects launched in newspapers, with prices, sizes, etc. mentioned. The apartment building project recently launched in Karachi was an exception, as its advertisement was there in the newspapers. Otherwise, all is dependent on selected dealers.
Bahria town is also just like a fake stock exchange. First the dealers sell plots to the general public, on own / premium. Then, news are spread in the market that Bahria Town is going down. It creates panic, and people sell their plots in loss. These dealers again buy them on less price (even less than the launched price), and after some time, again floated in the market for selling.
Its not just with Bahria Town, rather many other field too (property dealing, cars dealer, workshop / garage, etc.)
