Fully synthetic Oil vs Synthetic Oil (Toyota Passo)

aoa. . Ali from isb. . I just bought toyota passo 2013 with IKR-FE, 2WD. . I accidently used Shell Helix HX7 5w30 synthetic oil insted of Shell Ultra 5w30 fully synthetic as recommended by toyota. . I have driven almost 10000km with Shell Hx7 5w30 and came to know through manual of toyota passo that i am doing wrong as i am new to cars and this is my 1st ride. .pls suggest me can i shift back to shell Ultra 5w30 fully synthetic engine oil? Will it be harmful to engine or not? My car odometer is showing 100k km. . I recently changed engine oil and came to know that my car burnt half liter oil as drained 2.5 liters instead of 3 liters. .
Need ur recommendations pls. .
Suggest me a good mechanic in rwp/isb as well. .

Shell Hx7 5w30. . Rs. 3530 (3L) from shell pump 5 sarki, near pc rwp. . Expensive a little i guess. .

did you use hx7 with 10,000 drain interval ?
nothing wrong with this oil
but its good for 5000km's oil drain
search forums.this engine is notorious for oil burn.
using expensive high drain oils makes no sense in this car
stick to hx7 with 5000 km drain interval

I have driven total 10k on hx7. . Change interval was 5000km. .

Use 5w30 oil with 5000km drain interval, inspect level after every 1000km

Engine sound gets louder after first oil change . . It was more quiter when i bought it. . Knocking problem also started around 1st to 2nd gear shift. . Bit resolved by using hioctane. .should i go for new plugs to avoid knocking?
car is a bit heavy on drive especially when Ac is ON. .

i changed mine earlier
also catalytic converter might need service
i got both jobs done along with fuel filter service from burraq
along with serpentine belt change which was squealing

Full synthetic is better, less oil loss. You can bring it in for a chkup at my place, ignition autos

Buraq stocks oils filters and plugs
my total bill was 25000
which included front suspension
not sure where the receipt is - but i do know i got simple plugs not iridium ones

Sure you can switch to 5w30 Fully Synthetic, i was using PSO Carient, its a good oil too. 5000 KM is good for these Oil but i heard some people say you can do 10,000 km too.

if alright, you can stretch to 10k kms
else use cheaper oil for 5000 km drain interval

pretty sure this wont work for diesel engines but should help with petrol motors i guess
