hello experts
is it normal to feel gear switching in honda city prosmatec ?? i have a brand new hobda city and i can feel the gear switching.. pls guide.
Yes its normal
thanks bro. one more thing i have stock eurostar tyres. the ride is very hard and bumpy plus it feel like something going around the feets. should i change the tyres?
Get advan db...it will get somewhat better...u can do more about city
why is that so ? can you explain a little pls
City has phatta suspension.. that's how it's designed...its ok as far as u don't experience Corolla or even CIAZ
@fastian04 bhai i never felt gear switching. Im using both cultus ags and city1.5pt and never ever felt a single jerk in city. Not even minor. No gear switch feeling
Strange..city is nit cvt..and onky cvt gives jerkless drive
Feeling gear switch does not mean that whole car will vibrate/jerk massively but a light flick is always there in city.
yes there is a light flick at low rpm. my car is 1.3 prosmatec and only 1500 kms driven. so was just wondering should i take it to the dealership or is it normal ? .. there are mix reviews
I believe its normal rest you can get your car tested by an expert the next time you visit dealership for oilchange.
lucky you. i have 1.3 pt and i feel light flicks .
I still dont feel any minor jerk as well. Maybe observational differences
Yeah it's normal for atf based system to make u feel shifting.
what about subaru justy 1987, it had ATF filled CVT box.
troll level - FACTORY SPEC
wow - you have the unicorn of the piece of trash suzi AGS. - That thing is literal garbage when it shifts
Na karen really?Yani we shouldn't use this term now
yes - the famous ' sabaro wali sheraad
in automatic form it had cvt but used regular red dexron atf - it was slower than mud
If a chevy caprice isn't burning rubbers once floored, it shows engine is fed up?I got my hands on one, it had carb issues we replaced the carbs. Car got responsive. But not that responsive like it should perform a small block chevy 5.7
chevy 350 when in a caprice had a very mild cam and low power output. To get power from it - you will need to redo it with a wilder cam, solid lifters and better rockers and a holley toilet bowl carb. Then redo the autobox so it bites harder
