well if that screw can do that job we have no concern with its looks ,,,,,,,,,,,,,i make thread in NG kit body ,,,,,,,,,,,then screw the nut in and then use a bolt to lock that nut,,,,,,,,,,i experence that you may need to adjust that screw many times while you first adjust it,,,,,,,,,,,and removing and putting back the depoxi is difficult and thats why i use a lock nut,,,,,,,,,,,,,any how thats not posible in your kit and you pasted the nut instead of making thread in NG kit,,,,,,,,,,,,,in this case you can use lock nut,,,,,,,,,if you use than that depoxi will gave away and wont resist that load,,,,,,,,,,,,,so i suggest in this case after pasting the nut with depoxi you use silicon glue as i shown in the pic ,,,,,,,,,,,because it can be easily removed and also easy to put back,,,,,,,,,,after adjusting the nut just glue it ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,if you dont have the heater gun then just heat the glue rod with match ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

i also have this same gaskit, i will also do this mod. i also noticed its spring at the back is very hard

you need to use some soft spring,,,,,,,,,,,,i have changed it too

the NG kit you are using is same as the one i am using ,,,,although the brand is defferent ,,,,,,,,,set the flame 3 to 4 inch ,,,,,,,,6 inch is too high

sir i replaced pipe with staright pipe without bends which i shown in pics but race was too much now i ran it with original pipe and race is low i think i would drill hole then use the staright pipe plus have to adjust tappets its making too much noise

and do tell me is it a good idea to seal the kit back again with sililcon on sides not glue gun one the other silicon which we use in glass and materials for sealing

no,,,,,,,,,,,,,other wise the diaphagram will tear off when you open it next time ,,,,,,,,,,

there will be vacum created by engine inside the diaphagram,,,,,,,,,,,air can go in but gas cant come out,,,,,,,,,any how sealing it from out side is not a bad option

i adjusted the T valve by turning clockwise and now the generator is not shutting off when i switch on the Fridge. thanks alot for the help

ok guru jee... i think i can just test the flame by connecting it to the gas outlet
so will be sure if this mod working on ma kit or not..

3-4 inch will be for 163cc , yours is 196cc ,,,,,,,,,,just experiment on it , may be 6 inch will be ok

turning it to half screw flame was over feet and then on slowly decreasing it n at the end adjusted at nearly at 4.5inches just for now.. will do it tomoro with the genny

kitchen stove's gas knob pressure of the flame was in ma hand...
is it ok?and on low level there was only half inch flame..

iam using the orignal one ... the one came with
actually iam using the same kit on my gen
and its working perfect on gas only reason of this mod was ... so it can start on gas aswell so yesterday i went to get the same kit as guru using but got this one only for experiment and so lets see how it performs..

buy the one shown in this pic,,,,,,,,,,,,,,the tappet cover jan in this set is made of same material as that of mehran tappet cover original jan,,,,,,,,,

you can buy that in 150 to 200 Rs , easiest way search parts is to save its pic into cell phone and show that to shop keeper ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,jan mean seals made of paper type material as show in this paking set,,,,,,,,,,,

well your generator is of 196 cc so you may need bigger flame than 3 inch , you can experiment on that,,,,,,,,,,,,,yeah its similar to gas stove knob,,,,,,,,,fully tight the know can kick the flame to several feets which is very dangerous ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
