Hi..
This is a strange question to ask but;

How much LPG would a 6200watt chinese generator approx. Consume in one hour?
And what is needed to run a generator on CNG, any kits, emulators etc.?

I'll be grateful for a honest answer:)

don't know about the consumption. no emulators required as no ECU or injectors are present in generator. its carbureter based but will work on gas. just need to set the right air fuel mixture

I have a denyo 25 Kva diesel unit. The dynamo has given away after more than 5000 hours of service. The authorized dealers is asking 4,00,000 for a replacement dynamo, excluding the transportation and labour charges. That too from singapore, not original Japan. Any Suggestions ?

Get dingol 25kva alternator you'll not regret I'm using 37kva and 31kva more than 3 years

recently i have been working on my ATS, i made some changes according to my need and add some more functions to it.
new features,
1. auto oil top-up with digital oil level indicator.
2. collapsible circuit to avoid damage if any IC or base go mad.
3. battery low trip.
4. battery full trip (for external chargers if you connect any.)
these are oil level and top-up switch images embeded with supply (1 Amp charger) if you dont want that your pcb would be half the size of this one.
7X2 INCHES WITH SUPPLY.
4X2 inches with out supply.

Has anyone done this mod:

Press/hold a button and it turns on your generator automatically- without you having to twist the key yourself.
Press the button again and it turns off.

If someone has, please do tell me the diagram and stuff. Will try to get it made by an electrician

Note: it doesn't have to be wireless!

dude we have ats, so no need to press the switch, ats will do the job to start and to shut the generator.
for your purpose u need 555 IC and use it as flip flop.

how did you configured it , means how it sense and top up would be great if you share you logic?
i am using petrol solenoid so far, which one you are using ?

lolz m also using petrol solenoid and a reserve tank. remember I asked u about the rikshaw oil bottle earlier.

I have two logic.
1. as we get signal from oil sensor. gen shuts down and solenoid activates for a specified time interval. then gen restarts.
2. oil tops up for a specified time interval after kesc is restored every time.

well i little busy, as my MOM is sick so, all i can do now is explain.
i am using dip stick logic and using 555 ic as trigger and reset. i made my own oil sensor and digital indicator.
and i have placed timer in-between gene shutdown and oil top-up, i call it cool down timer.
the logic is as we know liquids expand when they are hot so for better sensing i placed that timer.

Regarding your self made oil sensor using dipstick logic. it will trigger and reset by passing current through oil. Right???
