here i measure up all the engine parts , what need to replace / repair or use as it is , ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,engine was giving heavy blue smoke and it obvious that its all and all because of leaking oil from piston/clylinder,,,,,,,,,,,after opening i found that there are no valve seals for this small engine , and also i havent see any traces of oil leaking from intake valve , after removing piston i found that its also all ok , later i found that the oil rings are totally worn out which was already expected , because the piston compresson was all ok , nearlly 60 psi , ,,,,,,,,,,,,no problem found in connecting rod / crank shaft bearings so i am reusing them ,,,,,,,,,,,,,valve were also ok but i prefer to gave them a slight polish ,,,,,,,,,,,,,i use 0.25 rings after grinding ,
so the only thing i replace in this engine is piston rings which cost just 250 Rs , jan kit cost 150 Rs and later i reuse the old gaskit because the new one was way too thick and it can destroy the compression ration of this tiny engine which i cant afford ,
