@sharo53 ,yeah ur warranty will be void if u drill a hole into this carby ...
but wat u can do is.. buy a new carby, a good one costs aroun 380rs.. drill a hole in it ..keep ur orignal one safe.. and simply use that one along with NGkit setup..

Plz sujjest me that can i run 3 lahori cooler ( watr cooler ) on that 3000 watts gen set, and what is the load of one cooler.

Also sujjest me a good brand of engine( should be fuel ecnomical ) for my 1.5 ton ac + home load.

brother you can even cut the load of lahori cooler by
replacing its big water motor with small aquarium one aswell i did that 3years back for makin it work on ups for long ...
and it reduces the noise of cooler too.. yes u can use lahori water coolers on ur gen depens on the fan size and motor ur using afta that we can tell exactly how much load it takes. but for sure u can use them on ur gen..
well if u wana buy Japanese then yamaha is going strong.. but guru's JLT working perfect too rest he knows better then me and tell you

Thanks. What are you using now? Using it at half-choke setting? The problem with half-choke setting for me is it doesn't really start at half-choke unless generator is already used few hours ago (as in it's hot). So I have to adjust it every time or sometimes even have to start on petrol and then switch slowly.

bro my story is different here...
right now iam using my modified global ng kit and my generator is autochoke so it wasnt working well cuz auto was adjusted by default in a way that it works good only on petrol not on ng so after getting the tips and advice from guru i did exactly what he said.. i tied its choke with a copper wire so it wont move .. adjusted the spark plug at 0.4.. changed it with japanese one.. modified the ng kit.. so after all this it is starting on 1st self.. but for my other generator i modified the ng kit in a diff way u can too its very simple ill show u .. rem when u were askin i told you something came up in my mind.. so i went that time .. did it tried it.. and then showed it to guru .. as he said its ok .. so i will share now...

Have you tested your newly moded kit? is it working?
I will also do it as i have a spare kit. you have mounted the screw and a nut at center right? nothing done from inside??

bro tested....100% effective and working..
nops .. only remove the push button depoxy the nut by looking the silver round plate inside so the bolt u will tight should push that plate..u can even check by blowing air from the inlet and pressing that button ..

Will I need to adjust bolt later or let it stay at fixed position where it presses against that silver round plate?

@logged u need extra bolt n nut for this mod and epoxy steel..
after taking off that silver button,turning it anti-clockwise..
simply put the nut in middle and in such a position tht when u tight the bolt that silver plate inside shud b pushed..
well after letting it dry ... move away from ur generator and this new modded bolt should work exactly same as gas stove's knob .. after supplying the gas at inlet light a match at outlet.. and u will see on turning this bolt ur flame will increase and decrease.. if ur generator is around 2.5kwa u need to adjust the flame at 3to4inches.. after adjusting with this bolt.. start ur gen on ng.. or simply by giving the self move bolt clockwise to see where it starts.. and simply leave it there .. if u have any extra nut then use that too for locking it down same as we do in tvalve's adjusment in ng kit.

even though i have made it but still i can't understand how to adjust the 4 inch flame as when i move the T valve the flame height also varies with T valve. Have you fixed the T valve first the adjusted the flame if yews then at which position?

I am encountering a problem of cold start now. it requires a little choke to start on cold engine. what should be done install a choke motor?

no moiz sameway bro as u know how we use to adjust the tvalve
after starting the generator on ng.. for making it stable..
hmm try to adjust ur choke at some point where it starts and then u dont have to move it.. also try it by removing ur airfilter box so at tht position u will clearly see ur choke then try to adjust the choke..
the kit i modified is simply pushing the cap inside.. and motor was for only starting it on petrol cuz on petrol u need a choke.. on ng u dont need a choke at all

currently i haven't installed the choke motor,its running only on gas.
i have done exactly that you have told but its starts easily on cold but doesn't get stable. will try to adjust the t valve again

i think i should open its panel..and check for the wire that is connected with the circuit breaker...

and sir what about this wire where will this negative wire go?
in the main panel of my house there is a junction where all the negative wires from house are connected with each other... i had to connect negative wire their?

the -ve of generator will be directelly connected with the -ve of home wiring ,,,,,,,,there is no harm if you connect either of generator wire to -ve , in my previous generator i do care for that but in my new generator i havent bother to look for that ,,,,,,,,i put a mark on 2 pin show with carries the generator out to home wiring so that i always put it back in the same direction ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,its batter you follow the polarity

i noted when we were filling it with oil the oil was very thin just a little bit thick from water..

The 2point 80-AMP relay which i used as change over

thats nice , is this a 6 KW geneator or 2.5 Kw , ,,,,,,,,,,,it seems its a 2.5 Kw but there is 15 Hp written on recoil starter ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,fit that change over relay inside the pannel box , it will look even batter there
