Can any one guide me about the wiring of this Circuit?
I have marked the points with Arrows, Please guide me in this regard.

wapda on load will be
2 cables of house load, Generator on load will be 2 from generator's 220v output,12v generator output will be attached to 12v ones and leave the charger alt one.. and from last points 2 points will be for self onn
and one will be of ground connecting to ht

It consist of an LDR circuit which operates a relay when it gets light from a mobile near by. then that relay activates 2 time delay circuits combine together which activates another relay for 2 seconds and opens the door.

SLF is self
FUL can be HT coil as only one option left lol

first pair says WAPDA 220v
what is that for, 2points for the missing transformers ?
is it just the amf card or its with changeover? let agoodfriend can see it
or else u have to take it bak and ask him proper connections,how much did u get it for and from where??
btw its a nice strong pcb.. just a bit complicated

bro any reliable car spare parts shop...
if you have got any old Japanese car's plug u can use that aswell,and if u see it closely the plug is already adjusted at 0.4mm

Can I seal the hole on the tappet cover where a rubber pipe connects the cover with the filter housing? And discard the rubber pipe?
A lot of oil is leaking from there.
Is it safe?

^^no that is not safe at all...it is there for a PURPOSE

This pipe recycles the unburned fuel/gases also.If you connect a pipe from the top of the bottle to the air filter you will have the oil collected in the bottle and gasses to rout to filter to fed in the carb again.

aslamo alekum every one,i m silent visiter of this very useful thrad,and i m very thank full to good frind who inspire me to do such things urself,i have 2.5 kva genrator which was giving heavy smoke and overhaul is required so i decided why not do it urself,i have already visited that thread so decided to do it,i m accountancy student and dont have much machanical knowlede but basic conceps and good freand detailed demonstration helps me alot.3 days ago at mid night 3 am i woke up bcs of load sheding , bring my tools and start opening the genrator,i dont have detailed picture of my overhauling as goodfread has already explained it well,sory bro i dont know ur name.

left side piston is the old one,which was full of carbon,first i decided to reuse it but then decided to use standard size piston which is on right size.old piston was full of thick carbon which is removed by buff,to use standard size piston i need to sleave the cylinder block from khradya which cost me 500 including valve cleaning and polishing

these are my purchases,these things cost me 1000 plus 500 to khradya work,used 2 litter petrol for cleaning purpose,i have very limited tools but i manage to oper and then reassemble my genrator,the only thing i was missing is the ring compressor to insert new piston into the cylinder block,so decided to take help from machanic bcs i dont have ring compressor

nice , NPR rings are really good and will last long ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,check the denmo armature bearing and its cover ,,,,,,,,,,,,,bearing must tightelly fit into the cover ,,,,,,,,,,,,in some cases the cover bush wears off and bearing move freely in it,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

today i bought BOSCH spark plug for my loncin 2.5 kva generator....

which plug u guys r using ? .... what's the advantage of using any specific spark plug

kindly tell me which spark plug is best for loncin 2.5 kva generator

NG is batter , NGK always fails in my hands
