Can I seal the hole on the tappet cover where a rubber pipe connects the cover with the filter housing? And discard the rubber pipe?
A lot of oil is leaking from there.
Is it safe?

no way , you cant seal off the crank case vent pipe / breather pipe of any engine,,,,,,,,,,,,check the valve on the back side of tappet cover ,

why you need this after market AVR ?............denmo is rewinded ?

yes denmo is rewinded and after rewinding genrator normal AVR cant stabilize the voltage,ithe electrition who wind it was unable to find problem,and then he gave me this bigg size pathatic AVR ,if u can help me in this regaed i will be thank full

post some detail pic of this circuit ,,,,,,,,,,12 volt tranforers are vacant,,,,,,,,,,,why ?........have you conform that from the shop where you purchase ? charger ALT 12 is not of battery or charging connection,,,,,,,,,if its for changing then where is the 6 to 10 Amp 12 volt transformer which charges the battery ?.............you batter conform all this from the shop and ask him to provide the circuit diagram,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
another thing,,,,,,,,,,,this circuit is lot different from the one which another guy already posted (i forget his made but he also share its movie),......,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

during disassembling i was stuck to pull the denmo out bcs of shortage of tools,used hamer but i have to work hard on it and as i able to pull it out denmo sudnly slip from my hand and its fan blade broke,i want to replace the fan but cant find the fan with such fiting so decided to rejoin the blade thro elfi and magic,but its ok to me

dont do that ,,,,,,,,,change this blade ,,,,,,,you cant find the exzact,,,,,,,,the one fitted in this is of steal bush,,,,,,,,,,,such blade is not availabe in market,,,,,,,,,,,you can find oridinary one and it can be fitted on this ,,,,,,,,,i have also fitted the ordinary fan,,,,,,,,check my previous posts for pic as well,,,,,,,,,,,,but dont use this blade if any plastic piece fails than the entire widing may damage ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

you mean armature was stuck in the crank shaft ?.............i have shown how to remove the armature this in my previous post,,,,,,,,,,,,,but i was talking about the bearing which is fitted on the other side of the armature,,,,,,,,,,,,check wether is tight in it case or not ?////////

check this pic,,,,,,,,,,,fan is not original , its after market and fitted with depoxi,,,,,,,,,,,the original one breaks away as the plastic gets hard because of heat,,,,,,,,,,

yes bearing was tight in the denmo cover,and yes armature could be stuck in crank shaft but it might be bcs of shoratage of tools,i haven't the proper hammer to hit it.

but now have reassemble my whole gerator and i was amazed to see that genrator start on first attempt,i was very happy to do all this thing myself as i havent done such a detailed work by my own,its not about saving the money its about the satisfaction and chalange thats make me to do that,again thanks to good friend,without ur heplp i was unable to overhaul it,here are the pix after reassembling

nope thats not a good idea,,,,,,,,,,,,,this is just a kind of dummy carb,,,,,,,,check the pic which i attach,,,,,,,,,,,,,the one is send you works 100% same as this one,,,,,,,,,,,such carb comes in early days when carb with built in gas kits are not availabe ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,green power generators comes withs such carbs and with chinese factory fitted gas kit which you can see in this yellow generator and i also attach its pic,,,,,,,,,,,,,,that gas kit works much batter than our local made gas kits and it need no mod,,,,,,,,,,,later this setup is replaced with a smaller and more cheaper carb with built in gas kit,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

i dont think its posible now ,,,,,,,he wind the denmo acording to this AVR,,,,,,,,,,,,BTW what type of trouble you getting with the original AVR ? ,,,,,,,,,,have you try replacing it with the new one ?,,,,,,,and you ever adjusted its output with a small tiny variable on its back side ?,,,,,,,,,,,,

dear there is nothing special in it,,,,,,,,,,factory use this dummy carb to cut the price ,,,,,,,as you know we only need butterfly in carb to run the engine on gas,,,,,,,,,,so they cut down each and every thing,,,,,,,,thats it,,,,,,,,,,gas venturi is in the same position as we have,,,,,,,,,,,,stick with the one you have ,,,,,,,,,,,

thats nice,,,,,,,,,,,,but it may be very expensive,,,,,,,,,,,,,,atleast our ATS can beat all these interms of price,,,,,,,,,,,,,,BTW working is also similar,,,,,,,,,,
