what you mean by THA THA ,,,,,,,,,,?,,,,,,firing from exhaust ?..........or some mechanical sound ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,i guess its a mechanical sound produce by denmo armature ,,,,,,,,,,,,its bearing bush is lose and its hitting with the stator ,,,,,,,,,,once it happes on my generator ,,,,,,

yes sit it is firing sound from exhaust.. sir its a brand new generator so im not expecting lose bush/bearing...

whats the condition of spark plug ,,,,,,,,,you using its original spark plug ?
check another thing,,,,,,,,,,,,the exhaut may be leaking for some were ,,,,,,,,,check pic ,,,,,,,,,,,start the engine and put your hand near it,,,,,,,,you will feel extreme hot gases leaking from there ,,,,,,,,,,,,and also that tha tha ,,,,,,,,,,conform this,,,,,,,,,,

yes im using original spark plug that come with it...havent cheked it condition...

no geses leaking...that THA THA sound is not continuous just comes when the ac is turned on..

Intake is on the right side. Exhaust valve is on the left towards the exhaust muffler.

Clearance is to be set when engine is cold.

It should be written on your manual. Depends on engine.

e.g my manual says.

in normal condition when i start generator i put off all lights fans and tvs and when generator started then i start putting load by starting fan lights and tv .... this is what told my generator wala and technician ....

By using ATS .. can this senairio can me accomplish .... how to apply load slowly .. when kesc gone generator start by ATS and lights fans & tv will start automatically all together and this will apply huge load all of sudden to generator ... am i right ?

Please share the cost of parts and labour (head job). From where did you get it done. From where did you buy the feeler gauge. and the gaskets.

How much will new valves with guides and head job/labour cost me? 2.5kva gen.

well ask any mechanic's shop near you or if u can ask him to sell his.. well frm bilal gunjh i guess... and for generator related stuff..
if you go straight from ferozpur road towards kacheri, take right from under the bridge go straight on PEKO mour at reaching peko mour ask any one about irfan china generator.

bro you can set timers.. each timer cost rs125 with small transformer of 12v
by replacing its original small relay u can change with bigger ones u can simply connect it via that relay to that phase or with diff timers of each rooms switch..

green power is batter,,,,,,,,,,,,or just buy any petrol generator and convert it on NG with local made kit,,,,,,,

Did u note that this TRICOM is saying to use NG from the very first minuite of operation and no need to use petrol once a week/month.. doesnt it sound good.

Also, JASCO & OES (CUMMINS) are here in the market for quite sometime now and i think they are doing good business.. They seem to have upper grade chinese gen sets. Though maybe selling at a bit high price, but that maybe because of their name

I bought the jan kit from brandreth road for only 70rs also bought other parts on reasonable price
i got the head work done from walton road for 500rs both valves are changed will be posting pics soon

no i only added a relay with 1ton split units switch ,it is only for cuttoff splits connection if my 2.5kwa loncin starts..
my load on 5kwa yamaha is tv/decoder/3lights/ups/1ton split and 2 fans
and ats shifts the load on generator after 1minute,split compressor starts after 3 minutes thats by default in every split i guess. so in this way my works fine ALHAMDULILLAH..

well bro its the same road like there's a way from faisal town aswell at the end of that road there's a board of cinestar cinema on right side and on left side there's a pump and 4th or 5th shop just after the pump.. and if u go straight this road is joining ferozpur road and kot lakhpat..under the bridge..
ill tell you after lookin at the map.

i know we can get anything from brandreth road
but the main problem is parking ..
and tooo much rush..
i found this place.. this guy got most of the generator stuff and in same line of shops there are mechanics aswell and not as busy as brandreth road ones..and no issue of parking too and way to close from faisal town/garden town/gulberg..

genny was decreasing oil too much and there was loss in power after opening what i find was main engine oil seal leak and head valves were worn out piston was in good shape but i changed oil rings of the same standard size there was play in camshaft and connecting rod so got that done from kharadiya
