So Again i'm back yesterday i noticed oil dripping near Tappet cover where OHV is written last year i changed packing and it stayed for 9 months or so so i changed it again cost 15Rs but when i opened i noticed one Tappet is tight other is loose left one was tight right one was loose i need to adjust tappets but i have no gauge with me and is it a good way to seal the tappet cover with sealent we use in car engines
i have 3 things to do till saturday
1 Tappets
2 Solinied plz also tell me what mechs call it in their languge
3 NG kit race adjustment screw which u did so it would start on NG directly plus mine has 196cc engine how long flame would be good

how did you fix the oil leak from the tappet cover? I have the same problem

just changed the tappet cover its a 5 min job but i see all tappet covers available in market are not good enough i will try to find best quality

no need to replace the tappet cover ,,,,,,,simply change its jan and breather pipe if its leak,,,,,,,,,,,,,,and all chinese generator have a inbuilt problem of throwing oil from the breather pipe , you can not fix it ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

tell me the drill size for NG idle hole and which screw to buy its length and width and after drilling the hole on NG kit u attached the NUT with magic on that hole right for the screw?

Helo PWs , this is the timer circuit , its purpose is to switch on the fridge after 3 min and deepfrezer after 5 min , washing machines after 20 seconds once the power is restored after the auto start of generator ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,if you plug all these these electrical appliances without timer circuit then they will put lot of load on generator as soon as it kicks it ,,,,,,,,,,,,,so the main point behind all that is that all these things will switch on one by one ,,,,,,,,,,,,fridge after atleast 3 min , deep freezer after 5 min (2 min gap between fridge and deepfrezer) and washing machinese/water pump after 20 sec,,,,,,,,,,,as you know that you cant switch on the fridge/deepfreezer atonce after the power is restored so we need to set the timer on atleast 3 min delay , very simple circuit and cost not more than 300 Rs , if you running your generator on ATS and also if you have connected your fridge and deep freezer with that then this timer is must,,,,,,,,,in my case i have connected both of these things and also the washing machine/water pump with generator thorugh timer circuit,,,,,,,,,,,,

make some partable system which can be removed easily during service / maintenance , there are some generator with a battery stand at that place which i guess also make some hindrance during maintenance , hour meter is availabe in market at 300 to 500 Rs , just simply connect it to the generator 220V out put ,

also tell me formula of converting KVA =watt

Bro there is a problem with my Gen i replaced the packing and old one was all done it was in pieces and new one isn't any good too still i notice oil leaking from tappet cover i will change that with some good one but can we put silicon sealent on it ?? will it prevent the leak and i will change the rubber in the mean time should i use carb cleaner on my gen ?? plus the solineod is another issue i have to tackle with tappets its still running now and in summeers i will shift to zic 10w-40 in the next oil change as now i am using 20w 50

purani wali ek hai jispe experiment karna tha aur ek naye aur global ke bhe le aya hon for experment aur plug bhe nahi mila the one u told me and not even the feeler gauge

thats called hour meter and its available on pannel board assessories shop ,,,,,,,,,,,,,it runs on 220V AC , no matter from where it gets , either from generator out put or from from wapda line,,,,,,,,,,,,,,its optional , but i suggest you instal it , with out that how will you came to know that its time to change the engine oil,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,above reading is 2402 hours and 55 min ,,,,,,,,,,,,,
about KVA,,,,,,,,,,,,you know about power factor and root mean square velicity ? ,,,,,,,,,,,,if no then forget this thing its really not as simple as looks,,,,,,,,,,,,,,any how 3KVA equals to 2.4 KW

you may be using the jan kit which is local made and cost 65 Rs ,,,,,,there is no head gas kit in it and the tappet cover jan in it is made of cork which cant last long,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,but the one whose pic is post in my previouslly ,,,,,,,,,,that made in china and complete jan kit along with the head gaskit ,,,,,,,,the good thing in it is that the tappet cover jan is of very good quality ,,,,,,,,,,,,,it will cost you around 150Rs ,,,,,,,,,,,,but keep the original head gaskit (shim) even after engine overhaulling ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

Bro i live in Peshawar and my gen also has Prefect NG kit he can find it on any gen shop it will be available there in Khi

buy the one shown in this pic,,,,,,,,,,,,,,the tappet cover jan in this set is made of same material as that of mehran tappet cover original jan,,,,,,,,,

couldn't find any other company sparkplug i was really late only found this NGK brand :S i dont think its gonna work saw guru jee's plug pic now

for experiment use old kit instead of new one ,,,,,,,,,,,i dont see any T valve on new kit ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,NGK will hardelly work , use any car old plug of ND , i never use new plug in my generator , always use the one which is grounded from the car

lahore gujrawala just 1 hour drive , go to Jinnah road in gujrawala and you will get that,,,,,,,,,,,,,,further more you can go direct to factory in "Dubban Pura" ,,,,,,,,heheehhe,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,i get a gift from there
