Between did you check the alternator voltages? On load and without?

Yes I checked the voltages. Here are the details:

Cold start:14.0v and on 2k rpm 14.1-14.2. then settled on13.8v

Idle running voltage without load: 13.5-13.6v

On full load i.e. high and low beams on, blower with full speed, AC on, window defroster on, fog lamps on, roof light on, double indicators on: 13.0-13.1v.

The important point to note is: New fresh fujika battery installed a few days ago as hankook run for 4 years

That's max output voltages.
If you have a scanner. Drive and see if voltages comes lower then 13v. Go wide open throttle as well. With and without load. At wide open throttle honda k series ecu can drop down the voltages to 11.5-12v.

Thanks for your valuable knowledge. I don't have scanner now. I assume voltage is not going below 13 as most of the time we don't run all load at once. So here the question is still same how RLO alternator is driven by S wire and ECU.

Sir as i said.
S pin goes to battery. In s pin connector ecu doesn't control voltages.
Where did you connected RLO pin to?
Or you used stock connector on this alternator?

The rlo pin alternator connected with stock connector. That's why I'm thinking how stock connector having s wire controlling the rlo pin only while other 3 pins of alternator is same as of stock connector. The stock connector is going to ecu. No charging fault, no fault code, no issue in driving.

Sir do one thing for me. Check the continuity between Rlo/S pin in connector and battery +.
Other wires would be L,IG and B. Also check the continuity between B and Rlo/S.

Sure sir. But how do i check the continuity? Either via DMM or something else?
Moreover, there are 4 pins: L, IG, M, S. No B pin there.

Thought it was B, M also denoted for field wire.
This is from where ecu is controlling voltages on load.
Yes, put multimeter in diode of beep ( buzzer ) mode.
Connect one probe to RLO and other to Battery + terminal.
