Guide me for a trip to Kund malir (Jinnah Naval base)

Im planning to explore the makran coastal highway and kund malir on 10th of july, Howver im not sure of some things and if anyone who has experience or knwledge, please help me out

Firstly, we do not have our own car and we were looking to rent a car, any car would do, we are 4 people, so whats the rent these days
And what preparations should I do
Also, My friends were advising that we do not return the same day but stay there overnihht and return the next day.

I have my uncle who is a friend of base commander a Jinnah naval base, so ill be staying there, do you giys have any idea of how it is inside the base and officers mess where we will be staying if we stay overnight

Please help me out with rent a car rates, the fuel that will cost me and all the other things that u know of.
