Heating unable to idenity issue.Thermostat valve is removed and fan is automatic

my santro is heating unable to idenity issue every mechanic is teling diferent story .

Now situation is

Thermostat valve is removed and fan is automatic..
Water jackets has been changed.
Radiator is clean.

It starts heating up after 15,20 KM and Once hose pipe(lower one) was blown coz of pressure.

What can be the issue and what need to be checked?

install the T stat back,

find a plastic funnel that fits tight into the radiator cap neck, install the funnel, fill her up with coolant/water about half way upto the top of the funnel. Start the engine, leave funnel in place, allow to warm up and the fan to switch on, momentarily rev the engine about every minute or so.

The air trapped inside will get purged out as large bubbles or burps in the funnel, When the system is normal and hot, you should see liquid movement, if you dont, your water pump maybe dead, corroded impeller, broken impeller etc etc. It may sound silent bu that does not guarantee that its good.

and when doing this take car to a slope so that upper part is higher and air from system can escape.

if i cut the pepsi litre bottle from back and put its neck in radiator? will it work?

can i do this test without instaling T stat

Cannot i check that moverment directly from radiator ?

I took car to the service centre take out the radiator and he washed that " AC wali jaali" which is infornt of the radiator and washed it from inside out as well..

after that car starts heating up after around 25,30 KM means it is covering more KM without heating now.

does it help in any kind of diagnouse?

May be car head gasket is worn out.......... Can u see the bubbles or mixing of oil in radiator. If u rev engine in idle state and the radiator is throwing water outside while engine is hot..... Its a gasket issue....

It's either the waterbody or gaskit of head, nothing else. I owned a santro 2004 Exec, it had no AC but it's gaskit worned out like 2. .3 times and would heat up after a few km. So it's either of them.

Oil is not mixing with water.
and Radiator is not throwing water outside

plus if it is gasket worn out how it can run around 30KM without heating up.

if it is a waterbody issue shouldn't it have to decrease water? it is water jacket or the one which has small fan inside it?

I think ur mechanic has fooled u 2..3 times that he has changed ur gasket ..manu mechanics change gaskits even if it is radiator issue as it makes more money

Yes it should be running like a stream.(engine should be at normal temp if the t valve is there).if you put your finger in the radiator u can feel pressure.

another thing when i open radiator cap in morning small amount of water/air come out with litle presure like it kept some air or presure whole night

my friend had same issue with his santro and every guy told him different story
at the end the problem was with the fan the clutch cable used to tear off wires so that fan would not work properly in case overheating
now u can check this by removing the temp sensor in case the fan goes direct
and check it if its overheating with direct fan then issue is with waterbody or head gasket else if its not then the fans wires are at fault

hmm that makes sense will try this tomorow coz when i drive car in slow speed in streets, "andoorn shehar" it gets hot early
but on highways it didnt heat up so early

check this image upper hose pipe is swalon and at that time engine temperate is normal hot

that pipe is worn out - get a new one and make sure its OEM or at least has some quality in it, This is unacceptable.

Make sure ur radiator cap is as per spec (pressure rating) & its inlet outlet valves r working

I keep the car start and rev engine time to time but even after 30 min it didn't heat up.. temperature guage touched centre ( where fan starts automaticaly ) just once or twice
