I think they will open tourism soon but not sure if it will be a great idea at this point. It will only work if both tourists and locals follow protocols strictly. Many people aren't wearing masks or observing social distancing in cities. A vast plan should be put into place if they are thinking of opening tourism and should follow that plan very strictly otherwise it will do more harm than good.
