yh baat to 100% theek ha ka agr maney direct karwaya to sab normal rhay ga.. coz jab ac ka fan har waqt on hota ha to temp normal hota ha.. ab masla yh ha ka jab fan on hotay ha kuch deer ka lie or phr off hotay ha or phr onn hotay ha yh process ho rha ha to phr kewn heat up ho rhi ha? Kabi kabar awaz ati ha GHMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM ki means fan ka chalnay ki

In civic AC fan and radiator fan works in a cycle and in one by one order...
Your AC fan might not be working without ac so it's getting heat up..
Same happened with my civic 2005 and the grip wasn't good..
So I repaired it and I was good to go

Mera pas ek reborn the US k radiator ka fan khrb tha but wo heat up nai hoti the jb tk AC na lgao because AC fan chal jta tha or uska kaam kr deta tha
Apka shaid koi b fan na chal ra ho
Ya phr coolant expired ho

I am sure fans of your car are going kaput. As when AC turns on both fans are working, one is continuously working and other cycles. To be on safe side replace with kabli radiator of reborn with fans and replace its thermostat then pour Honda Genuine Coolant in it and if its concentrated then dilute it with distilled water in 50/50 ratio and add it.

No use of cleaning in long term it will create problem again. If i were at your place i would simply buy a kabli radiator with fans from a reborn nosecut and instal it with putting in new thermostat, get it from 3S dealership.

Go to sultan ka khoo, their are many shops who deal in only honda parts go to them and ask for radiator assembly with fans from a nose cut. Once i bought a radiator assembly for friends 2006 reborn and it even had its own honda blue coolant in it which showed how clean it was from inside.
