Replace the radiator if you already cleaned it
And if never cleaned then give it a try

Check speed of fan and see either it is blowing warm air after the car reaches its normal operating temperature after a short drive.

If all is well, then remove the thermostat and drive for 2-3 days, it will not harm the engine (just don't push the accelerator hard). If all goes well the replace the thermostat. Replace it anyways if your car was driven on water because it might be in a semi-stuck state.

In my opinion there is no need to go for radiator right now, though it must need to be cleaned / replaced afterwards, due to heating again n again, resulting bad rust/corrosion inside. Right now you have to look after Fan wiring problem or T-valve.

UPDATE
Finally from the reference of a close friend met an Ex-Honda Mechanic who used to work at HONDA 3s located on PESHAWAR ROAD in-front of Race Couse Park...
So, He attached an OBD II, sat in the car and kept an constant rpm of 2k for 5 min... According to OBD II the temp went from 96* C to 140* C he turned of the car and said your RADIATOR is fully clogged and T valve is not opening or misbehaving due to RUST... He opened the RADIATOR and T valve (T valve was fully rusted and was out of order), He said this thing is 80% responsible for heating up issue... Well at last after removing front bumper bla bla bla radiator finally came out... Well the radiator was fully clogged up... After cleaning now it was time to put every thing back... Changed the upper and lower radiator as old one were swelled... Change T valve... Topped the radiator with coolant and now it was the moment of truth well removed any air from the radiator and again reved her until the car is on optimal operating temp and both fans kicks in... Fans kicked in attached the OBD II and kept of eye on the temp for 15 min while revving her for 15 mins at 2.5k rpm... The temp didn't exceeded 96* C (LAST TIME THE TEMP INCREASED TO ALMOST 140* C)... Now it was time to put stress on her... With OBD II attached went straight into most busy area of Taxila in RUSH HOUR... AC was off and it was complete traffic jam... stressed her for ha;f hour and it was all normal Now i can say the problem is solved but cant say any thing about near future, any how ALLAH BEHTAR KARAY GA

Just keep thermostat intact and make fan direct only. I had same issue and I do that . You will be comfortable. Boss jab ac on hota ha fan direct hota ha simple

Yes but direct fan will be an temporary relief, sardio ma kia kata? isi lie got every thiing done and now its fine

Please don't go for the short cuts in cars because the engineers are not foolish enough to put anything extra in car which is not required. Glad that your problem has been resolved

Yeah... If DIRECT FAN was necessary then why they make sooo many sensors, connection etc or T valve? Just road side mechs things

Get the Thermostat valve changed, I had the same issue. Got valve changed from Honda's workshop and now its fixed.shouldn't cost more than 3k
