I am only worried about the maintenance cost and also due to the fact that i have not driven a sedan before. Aik do dafa tou lagay gi i think, thats why im thinking whether or not ill be able to bear the maintenance costs

I think all are overpriced. Maybe it is because of the recent ruppee depreciation. We also want to upgrade but are not doing so right now because of the dollar prices. City at 2.2 million.. nah I remember when 2 or 3 years earlier city was at 1.6 million..

Exactly. I booked my City Aspire 1.5 MT in Jan 2017 and the price was 1,677,000 and now the price of this variant is 2,064,000 difference of 387,000.

The ONLY best car in Pakistan? I disagree (in a respectful way). No car is best. There are a lot of aspects that are considered before granting best car title to a car. There are + and - aspects of all car, so no car is perfect. It depends on what aspects are important for you, if a car is better at those aspects, you can call it "this car is best for my needs" not the best car of Pakistan. For city, take suspension for example and you think it is better than corolla? City have better mileage and better engine technology(in my opinion) but other cars are better in other aspects. So good car is a relative term and totally depends on your needs.

In a country where we have so little options...city does lead the pack...it has better ride quality and fuel efficiency and the ride is super smooth....

You don't think corolla gets a shot here? Ask any one around the world about the most reliable car and you will find Toyota Corolla, Camry and Lexus(a toyota brand). I am not a Toyota vs Honda crazy guy but according to my research/experience, Toyota lasts wayyyyyy longer than Honda specifically City.

City is a good car ( regarding the condition of Pakistan's automobile industry) no doubt but again, it is better in some aspects and other cars are better in others. City costs 4-6 lacks less than Gli (current prices) so this is a fair amount of money, if someone is not willing to pay 4-6 lack extra for Gli, then City is fine, it all depends on a person's needs and resources. One thing i wanna ask you guys is that as Aspire 1.3 has more features than normal 1.3 city but Pakwheels is showing Rs 1663000 for Aspire1.3 and Rs 1854000 for normal 1.3 City. Is it real that Aspire is cheaper than normal 1.3 City or Pakwheels is high on something like Google did with rupee's value few days back?

I kept aspire 1.3 for 3 years..no doubt city is a very good car but when someone called it masterpiece...i was like wth:).

Aspire is way better...just interior is a lot better. Pakwheels is full of idiots now in terms of demand... There are few genuine sellers as well.people demand as if they are selling themselves with car as well

I was not talking about used car prices, i was checking new car prices and i saw Aspire is cheaper than 1.3City both manual.

i have 2017 model...but i changed its tyres to yokohamas and the car has literally become a flying carpet....you literally feel as if you are floating above the ground....the car has stability, road grip , fuel efficiency and amazing comfort now....it might not be a masterpiece but i have certainly changed it into one...

yaar aspire 1.3 has been discontinued way back...aspire comes in 1.5 only...

Hmm. It seems like city is the "best" (only) option available right now in new cars in 20lac range. I really wish there were more local manufacturers in Pakistan. Big 3 ke darmeyan banda pis jata hai

Yaar everything is a masterpiece when you can afford it. Someone, who affords a WagonR, it'll be a masterpiece for him. Someone who affords a civic turbo , it'll be a masterpiece for him. It's just a matter of your own preferences. To me, all the cars are masterpieces. They are all good in their own way and it comes down ultimately to what the consumer wants. Get any car, just don't get something that's old. That's what I think. Get the latest technology/thing..

I am getting honda city 2014 manual 80k driven for 15lakh and 50 k, owner is claiming it to be untouched. Should i go for it or not !!!

An 80K driven City will be reliable for another 80K, easily, no problem. The question is is it worth 15.5 lakh? I think it's decent amount of money for a City. New one, 1.3, MT, basic City costs 18.6 lakh, on road, more than 19 lakh. I'd take it. Maybe negotiate to exact 15 lakh, maybe. It's a good deal.
