HIDs and Narva Bulbs

I am going to source a pair of H4 bulbs from Thailand for better lighting in my 2003 Honda City. The original housing is of 60/55W. Kindly suggest which bulbs to opt for.
I have the following in consideration:
Osram Night Breakers Plus H4/P43t (64193NBP) 3600K
Narva 48884 H4/P45t
Also, are base cap sizes interchangeable? In H4 size, can i interchange P43t with P45t?

Osram night breakers FTW... Was using them with my civics foglight's, before i got HID's :P...

Philips xtreme vision lasted only 3 months in my city, they are not that reliable imo...
In my civic, i am using 4300k morimoto bulbs with 35w morimoto ballasts in the low beams and sylvania silverstar ultra in the high beams.. The low-beam cutoff is not good, but better than many generic hid kits + it causes no glare !!

Philips Xtreme Vision are VERY reliable. one of my cars has had them since 5 years and NO problem at all so far.

n osram night breaker has good yellow light for low beam or high beam?
i normally prefer high beam to see distant road n all the holes or even some biker (accident creaters)

im trying to source 3000k hid bulbs for my fogs but couldnt find them, i have heard that they have better vision as compared to other color temps

I told my experience.. The high beams still work, but they are off no use if the low beam filament doesn't work...

You heard right, the human eyes see best in daylight, anything close to that is equally good. Blue light is famous for being toxic to our Retina and therefore we should refrain from it, stick to color temperatures lower than 4500k.

3000k for fogs is great.

I was using them with my fog lights.. The 4300k hid's look better and perform not that bad either, that's why i shifted.. Their color shade is a bit on the whiter side..

You can get them from Speed Auto in Karachi or Dubai Autos in Isb/rwp, they deliver across Pakistan so location won't be a problem.

i know a friend who smashed his city 2000 into incoming car with HIDs cause the beam was not allowing him to see properly,,, the other car was new model city too..

i wont blame only the guy with HID
even i get blind when oncoming traffic comes with high beam and i dont floor the car in those cases,i just slow down or even stop it instead of going completely blind at 100 :S
