I have started on the journey to build my home and wanted to share my experience as well as get input from the members so that if I have not done something right it can be corrected. So let's get started.
The land area is about 13.3 marla (47/45.6 * 65) about 2,994 SQFT. After much consideration this is the map we have finalized with Bahria Town Design Wing.

The construction work has started and I would try to keep this updated with the progress.

wats ur furnishing plan. Normal local, mix local and imported or only imported?
