Salaam GuysI have completed my motorized bicycle which is powered by a Honda 24cc four stroke engine and i have a lot of fun when i finally ride on it yesterdayit is a very quiet motorized bicycle and have a good power and the top speed was around 45 Km/hr.
The whole project cost me around Rs.4000 and i have used my little brothers old bicycle which was laying arround for more then a year ago and i am having a lot of Honda 24cc four stroke engines for sale so i have decided to make a motorized bicycle
if anybody is intrested in buying these engines and want some informations then please check this link

v well done:)i like it v much
nice work!btw it,s very economical!kindly post detailed pic and vidoe!nice project.
Excellent work
Where are the controls?
a lil query does it has transmission ????n how is it controled?i e throttel ,clutch etc?
thumbs up!!
does it produce extra loud noise or excessive co2 emmissions?
this cycle is based on simple conceptsa roller is attached with the engine which is in direct contact with the rear wheel of the bicycle and when i start paddling the bicycle , the engine starts powering the bicycle and then i control the speed of the bicycle with the accelerator assembly on the right side of the handle which is taken from a CD 70 motorcycle and when i want to stop it i simply switch off the ignition circuit with the help of a switch
no man this bicycle doesnt produce alot of noise and it doest produce smoke
nyc ... but jb tyre rough ho jaey ga tou motor tou usko turn he nai kr sakay gee .. point to be noted ...
is not a lill bit dangerous as it is very low in weight......i mean problem problems in traction and grip.??
otherwise good project......
nice:) , post some more pictures brother and from where u got these 24cc engines ?
Man i have made an adjustable fitting on the frame so that when the tyre is getting smaller after a long run i will adjust the frame and increase the tension between the roller and the tyreAlthrough i have not noticed any problem in traction and grip between the roller and tyre and more grip can be obtained by the use of a chain drive systemI will post some more pics of the bicycle and i have brought a lot of these engines from Karachi Coustom auctions and i am also selling these engines for Rs.3000 each so if you want to buy engines then please feel free to contact me at

nicely done bro. might i make a suggestion? there is some space between the frame on the side where the petrol bottle is. why dont u use a chain and sprocket to turn the wheel. this way you can mount the engine in the rear on center and keep the balance and not have the engine sticking out like that.
Wow!!
gud work..very impressive
wheel will wear out of heat...wheel detoriation will be very high....... i will suggest some other method and also some thing else....
Nice work! how to start these engines without using it in bicycle i need one for some RC experiment n please post some more pics of the engine
