Today I talked to an official on Honda Dealership Regarding BRV issues. He told me that Honda is looking up to address minor issues and they are working on such things for BRV...hopefully some upgrade will be available and that would be applicable to all. Let’s see..

I just brought my second honda city. The paint quality is completely junk, i can see the impurities/ dust particles at certain spots. I usually check that while buying a second hand car.
All the cars i have owned i have never seen this ever, they're just doing what they can to produce and deliver. QC can go to hell.

But this does not mean that you start ignoring your clients. Presently, no phone number mentioned on your web page is being attended including land line number and both cell numbers of sales department.
Secondly, I wanted to highlight, the attitude of Honda Sargodha. I wanted to book a Honda City 1.5L and informed them to collect the draft from bank 2 days ago. Now he will hardly attend the calls and is even delaying the collection of draft.
It is requested to Kindly improve your customer relationship.

This particular defect caused me a lot of headache and hurdles in selling my car. It was just one impurity Dot on rear left fender. Created doubts for many that it is repainted. Was hard to convince buyer as I knew my car was never involved in any sort of accident or repairs

Honda paint quality is inferior to toyota indus.

My rear bumper paint cracked like an after market paint. The crack is in a flowery shape right below the left reflector corner

Being unsatisfied does not mean it is wrong. What was the issue or issues u did not point out and without proof or evidence promote krna sounds bad way.....like I bought civic x six months ago and still enjoying...

Hello everyone,
hope you guys are fine.
I just received my Honda City 2018 delivery yesterday. I am bit unsatisfied with the finishing of the car. They had to put Qalam on left rear door. The car boot is more towards the right side hence a clear difference can be seen. Further more the boot is lifted up from the right side and again its quite visible. Upon opening the boot, there is significant space between the body and rear lights. Infact the space between left rear light and body is much higher than that of right rear light and body. A slight difference can also be seen in the bonnet. I bought it from Honda Atlas Rawalpindi after waiting for 5 months.

We did complained to the staff and they smiled at us and said it is common, upon further suspicion they let us check other cars and to my surprise they had defects too. They said we used to send complains to head office but they told us that people are still buying so it should be no concern to you.

Very poor assembly and management by Honda after such high premiums and prices. I am honestly dissatisfied with these things. The rest car is completely fine as its just the second day.

I own Honda City 1.3 M/T, received on 1st April 2017 after a wait of around 3 months but on the exact ETD given by honda. I have gone through the above comments and didn't notice any such defect in my car. I, however, might not have that eye to notice these defects. There are 15k+ kilometers on the ODO and I don't have any problem with the car so far. But, I am very disappointed with the Navigation system of the car. It's touch is pathetic. I have been unable to run any video on it except one so far. I have tried almost all formats. Converted my videos to different bitrates and resolutions but of no use. Even converted my videos to match all specs of the only video that happens to run but in vain.

I got the brand new Honda city 1.5 before a month ,the issue is that the sensor of key is in the key-chain which is so pathetic , mostly sensor dont work when we switch it on ,and one sensor is totally not working , now this will be in claim to Honda. that is so disappointed

I think with the passage of time quality of product has detoriated. I own a Honda City 2010 1.3AT with black interior. Its been over seven years now and I haven't found a single quality issue, not even in terms of gaps / alignment. Surprisingly I found my the seats more comfortable as compared to the current upgraded models.

Yesterday I noticed that My Honda City 2017 was leaking engine oil. Which was very worrying as it is only 4000 kms driven. On self inspection I found out that oil was leaking from the bottom part of the engine (Gan area). I took the car to Honda Gateway Lahore. After lifting the car up we were able to see that the oil was covering the area around the oil filter. My first thought was that oil filter was leaking. But the oil was covering the engine block about 4 inches above the filter as well.

On seeing this my heart just dropped as I thought that something was horribly wrong with the engine and it will cost me a lot of effort in trying to claim the warranty and all.

Anyways after 4 mechanics inspected it they concluded that the oil filter was faulty and was leaking oil and due to air the fuel had spread on the engine above oil filter.

Since I had the oil and oil filter changed by Honda Gateway only a few days ago they replaced the oil filter without any argument. I was told by the mechanic to run the car for 2-3 days and then check to see if the oil was still leaking. Hopefully it won't.

But this was really scary and goes to show the quality of parts Honda is supplying to its costumers and making sure that they comeback with bigger problems caused by the faulty parts they provided.

It looks to be a mechanic error not the part. Its better to remain near the car during routine or maintenance work.
