Honda CD 70 Clutch girari sound or?

Dear experts, I own Honda CD 70 model 1998 and facing an annoying issue. Sound of (ghan ghan gheen gheen) is only heard when bike is running. While accelerating and decelerating this sound can be felt much and on idle its almost unnoticeable.

Visited couple of mechanics and everyone has its own opinion. some say its Clutch box sound, some say changing clutch girari will fix the issue, while others say its gearbox noise and gearbox needs to be opened. I am confused and don't wanna do experiments so can you experts please diagnose the issue so that i am certain about the issue. To me it looks like clutch girari sound but need confirmation from you guys.

Please note that engine was overhauled recently but clutch girari and gears were not touched as mechanic said they are fine and can run for couple of years and this sound was not much before engine overhaul it was only heard in 3rd gear but now it comes in all gears.

Thanks dear, I know it won't affect much but the voice is too annoying ... you know engine overhauled and then such noise ... So what specificly i will have to replace.. full clutch box and girari or only girari?

Remember that i already changed clutch plates.

^^^ its the garrari --- gheeen gheen, full fledge relief will be to change to whole set main garrair and small garrari with box -- means the entire set-up. will be costing 3K to 4K --- costly

Or replace the garrari with CRLF, along with whole clutch plates and box of it. (economical and better)

I too have 1998 CD70 and i got it done this way. Working fine from last 5 months.

Thanks dear, yes its famous "gheen gheen" sound ..... first option is really costly ... what is the estimated cost of changing garrari and box. I already changed the clutch plate as engine was overhauled.

Any pic of the box will be helpful as i am still confused about what the box is...

Clutch Plate Japani =250Rs
Clutch Bearing = 130Rs

Yes bro, only pressure plate was not change else change clutch plate and bearing.

Hmmm as Kamran bro said above box cost is 3k + so I think I should try replacing garrari.. What are the chances that this sound will go away by just replacing garrari?

Anyone please suggest which company gear (garrari) to get? all shopkeepers claim they have jenian (genuine) garrari. How can I verify if its genuine or copy?

It maybe cution grari sound or clutch box bearing sound this is not effect on engine but definitely on mind so you if really wanna get rid of this annoyed sound you need to open your clutch box and put the bearing and garari which will hardly cost you around 2000 include maintenance, new oil change, new bearing and new garari

Dear Both Clutch gear (small) and clutch bearing was changed when overhauling the engine but still this voice is coming... any idea what else could be wrong? do i need to change the large gear also or the mechanic ripped me off by using some old gear instead of new one that i provided him?

Dear go step by step first change the buxa garrari then do some other thing INSHA ALLAH your problem will be solved by changing small garrari who is running with engine every time

But dear small garrari already changed with genuine garrari (Rs. 480) and also bearing change Koyo original..... still sound is there
Now going to change both garrariz, hope it will solve the problem... any other suggestion... couple of mechanics said same to change both garrari set

Brother as you told that engine is overhauled recently and I think u have also changed the timing belt and I think this could be the sound of timing belt as its too tight it could be settle by reducing size of spring of timing chain.
