Brother if soud come in neutral then its not of clutch box and if it comes in all gears then its clutch box sound

Yes its unnoticeable in neutral but very much in all gears. Every pakwheeler and 4-5 mechanics said its clutch box sound... I suspect the previous mechanic did some naughty stuff while changing the garrari...

No bro I didn't took anything old with me. Today I visited another mechanic and asked him to change both garrariz and the bearing if needed so we can fix it once for and all but he said "sir jee koi malsa hi nhi, chhoti garrari ka hi masla ha me change keroon ga aor theek ho jaygee"
So I made a deal with him that if sound didn't go away even after replacing the small garrari then I will not pay his labor for again opening the side for changing the garrari again....

So today he did as per his suggestion and still sound was there... the small garrari that he took is new so old mechanic didn't stole it and put new garrari :). After replacing small garrari sound is still there so i didn't paid him anything and we will open it again tomorrow evening. I plan to change full garrari set (small+large) and the bearing.

Please suggest if there is anything else to do? Bearing number which mechanic told me is 6000...is it same?

does bike vibrates.. ?
it seems something is obstructing some rotary movement .. may be some bearings gone bad.. or something that does rotary sound is mis alligned.,

also what was the condition of spark plug ?

Small clutch garrari and clutch bearing were replaced.
Bike is in break-in period so drive it less than 50km speed but it does not vibrate
As engine was overhauled so weight bearing were also changed (6203 & 6304 changed)... clutch bearing was also changed.
Spark plug was changed and is new

Any idea which thing is culprit so i can pin point it... This sound was only in 3rd gear before overhaul and that too very less but now after overhaul its coming in all 4 gears and is so loud that its annoying..

1st = Cheap Try : Replace both Geari of Cluctch box choti and bari altogether Price is cheap use Crown Lifan CRLF its fine and works well and cheap.

If the problem persist the go for a gearset change other then that there is no other reason of sound, also ask mechnic to check the tappa and palla for any damage or size out or any lose bearing (in case all other stuff is fine.)

Thank you bro for suggestion. Today I will ask him to check the same things. Many mechanics (I call them maniacs) say its for sure clutch related issue and gear box is fine. But I don't understand why there was slight noise in only 3rd gear before overhaul and after that it is in all gears? ... If needed to change the Gear set then it is i think costly

i assume all nuts and bolts are tight and the sound is from engnie ..
these mechanics some time discover a "faltho purza" during their repair . was such discovery made during yours ?

as there are different types of movements .. to and fro .. oscilatory ,, vibratory.. rotary .. etc

is it grinding noise ? is it like due to rotational ? or is it from an object that moves to and fro ?

what is its freqency of occurance ? try to judge it ..

again make sure its due to engine not due to frame etc ...

to me it seems that your mechanic might have found some faltho purza or the gears assembly might have not been put together in a correcty order.. or since they are hathora mechanics a wrong hit by a hathora might have deforemed some thing somewhere...

nowadays future is hit .. crlf is very poor quality in my opinion..

Thanks bro... If you hear the audio i have attached in main post...its typical grinding rotational sound like that comes from rusty bearing of room air coolers or old fans. and no such discovery is in my knowledge about faltu purza as i was there watching him assembling the engine and nothing much hathorra work too..

Yes I have also heard future is good now a days...

so i will have to spend 3-5k again or live with the sound .....

If I was in my home city then me, my cousine and my bro could have re-assembled the engine ourselves but here in Lahore living on rent and doing 9-6 job I don't have time and space so I am on disposal of these maniacs

two years ago when i altered 70 into 125 i used all CRLF parts.. walahu alam ho sakta hai kharab ho gaye ho qaulity but you go to market and people will tell you cost effective yet good company them self... buy parts from shop which deal in bbulk there rates are always better.

Put the bike on double stand and started it. Put in 2nd gear and increased rpm so as to pretend its running on road... no sound heard (very negligible) then tried pushing rear break a little bit so as to put some load on engine... and there sound starts coming... Means this sound only comes when running under load.. not on idle or not when running it while its on stand even 3rd,4th gear..

I think this should narrow the finding a bit... ? sound is less while accelerating and more when decelerating.

brake shoe is ok ? i have this issue quite a few times i thought noise is form enigne..

but on one ocassion it was the front mudguard nut was loose..
second ocassion the wire lock rubbing against the rear carrier...
third it was brake shoe warped up.

looking at your earlier replies it seems that some error is commited during reassembly..

nowadays not so good... futur was hit a long time agon in khi as per FC and now its here in pindi/isb as well.. also i have used future parts they are cheap and look professional..
