Honda CD 70 Clutch girari sound or?

brake shoe is ok ? i have this issue quite a few times i thought noise is form enigne..

but on one ocassion it was the front mudguard nut was loose..
second ocassion the wire lock rubbing against the rear carrier...
third it was brake shoe warped up.

looking at your earlier replies it seems that some error is commited during reassembly..

No no bro.... its not from brake shoe or anyother stuff... 100% sure its from engine block...
I just used brake to put load on engine other wise if it was brake shoe then this sound shouldnt come while running... engine is under load when we are riding the bike so i pressed brake to put some pressure on engine. Hope you understand.

By the way I got changed the small garrari (Atlas genuine 280Rs) the day before yesterday and after running couple of km now i feel 30% reduction in this noise... Yesterday maniac was busy so will take it today evening again to change large garrari and bearing change as he said he will not take labor for again opening it if still issue not fixed by changing small gear

Today replaced full garrari set (atas) of clutch along with the clutch bearing (nachi) and changed oil. Now sound is reduced 60%... only 3rd gear has a bit high noise while other gears are much better.

It almost went back to previous state before engine overhaul

It is an issue deep inside engine.. Was it's crank case opened?

Bro full engine was overhauled first time. Only gear setup was not dismantled. This time clutch side was opened to change clutch gears and bearing. As mentioned in previous post noise is very much reduced now and maybe it gets reduced a bit more with couple of miles running but no mechanic is able to fully diagnose the issue...

they just know that "sir chhot garrari change kerny se awaz chali jati hai phir pata nhi kioon nhi ja rhi ab to full set change ker dia ha... sochen ge k awaz kioon aa rhi ha abhi"

Noise problem is improving now and its more than 80% fixed with some more running of the bike. I think its now on the level up to where some newest models make noise so I am content with it now.

Now will be paying attention to the next minor problem which is the rattling sound of the coil harness under the magneto. its bit loose and makes rattling sound and previously "mota gatta" was pushed in it to stop the noise and it went away but now its again there as the paper decomposed. Some say use saw dust with magic epoxy to make it permanent..... will it work long term?

Yes dear, its still having little noise but its hardly noticeable. Even new models now a days give more sound. Alhamdulillah!
