Honda City 2010 over 1,00,000 Kms.. A good choice?

I am currently looking for Honda City of 2009 or 2010 model. After going through PakWheels I have noticed that almost all of them have over 100000 kms or around 80k to 90k kms.
So I need to know whether buying a Honda City with this much running is a good choice or not in terms of engine. Pakwheelers with Honda City can you please help me out here?

My price range is between 1200000 to 1300000 so I cannot go for latest models. Alternatively if this is not a feasible option then can you please suggest another good car in this price range? The other car which I see is good in this price range is Suzuki Wagon R.

a 2010 city still original 100000km is very difficult to find.
there is no problem if the car is taken good care of....

100,000-120,000km is nothing for a engine of a well kept car. And if the roads are good even the suspension would be fine - hopefully
I have a 2010 City and it have recently reached 80,000km. Till now, it only requires oil and oil filter and no nut or bolt of suspension is touched so far - other than the wheel alignments over this past one decade.

Similar situation bro...I have Honda city 2017...have done 80000 km on it so far..enjoyed it's drive to the extreme.....just require oil and filter change...everything else even suspension is in perfect condition....I have found it equally as reliable as a Toyota...but it depends on condition of the car being bought...

I have a 2015 and with 30-50km avg daily use the odo has clocked 90k and i am the only one who drives it, to and from office and sometimes highway once or twice a year.

If anyone is giving you a 2010 even with 150k be very skeptical.. Anything below 100k will be in 14-14,50 range.

My advice is to bump up your budget to 17-18 and buy a much newer 2016-17 city, it will be good for 5 or so years. Can't say the same thing for a 10 year old car.

Thank you guys. So far what I have noticed from all of your suggestions that odometer kms doesn’t matter unless the car is taken good care of.
I just want to make sure that once I buy such a car I don’t get to face engine specific problems every now and then.
Had a 2006 Liana before this, and it was the worst car that I have ever bought. Had frequent engine issues.

What do you expect from 9 to 10 years old car? to be driven 30.40k KMs?

I think one way to know if it is reversed is to see the total odometer, if it shows like 076000 then its reversed. Should show only 76000.

Umm sorry don't understand as what you are trying to say. Honda City meter is of hundred thousand (000,000). For example at the moment my car is showing 080300.

Liana is a good car also... but trick of buying a second hand Liana is pay a little more than market for a well kept car. Liana can become nightmare if not taken good care... mostly because of our own mentality we try to save money and take such cars to road side ustad jees. Even if you take a Audi to that ustad jee, it will become 'worst' car of your life.

As for the City, who's ad you have shared...it says 85,000km driven, it can be genuine mileage. Check out the car phir decide.

Buying a used car always carries a certain risk which you can never rule out totally, no one can guarantee you. The least you can do is get it inspected to know that the moment you r buying the car its in good working condition orherwise go get urself a brand alto which may fit into your given budget.
