first of all my dear brother, before i say anything else, let me apologize once again if anything i said hurt u directly on indirectly 
we here are not kids are shud not fite on such petty things
secondly, i dont know what infuriated u so much. above quoted replies from two other members say the exact same thing as i said, but somehow u dint like my words, for which i have already apologized from the depths of my heart
number 3. i dont own a city yet yes i know, i dont. but i have more than 5 of them in my family and i have driven them extensively, and looked at them inside out.
number 4....before making a purchase, ANY purchase, i go through its details to an extent that the shopkeeper/dealership get fed up of me. same was the case in this purchase of mine. when i saw these under seat vents on their website, i was super happy too and called the dealership immediately but they replied to me that the pictures they have posted on their website are of thailand model. i still went to islamabad dealership (i m from rawalpindi) and saw the cities standing there myself, on my knees and looked under the seats and found nothing.
number 5.....after reading ur "angry" reply above, i AGAIN called 3 friends of mine which are keeping the new city for more than 2 years. all three physically checked under their seats (one of them have installed an amp under his driving seat last evening) and said the same thing that there no such thing as u have mentioned. still not satisfied, i called my own customer relationshiop guy in Honda islamabad (who is dealing with my car delivery) and he again said that there is no such thing as air vents or cooling pipes under the seats
number 6....i would LOVE to have this feature in my car, ANY car, not only city. if ur car has it, well, i sure am surprised and m really really happy for u. as someone else said, u cud have just replied "well bro...i own a city and it has the vents under its seats" and rounded it off like "these Honda guys know nothing abt their own product...what good can u expect from them " or something like this....i dont know why u felt the need to be so angry. even then, i once again apologize if my words hurt u bro.
but yeah, such an assault from a member like u wasnt expected. but hota rehta hay no hard feelings at the end of the day
PS : we wud still love to see the pictures ofthese vents in ur car
