Am sick of this dabba honda city 2010 now. just 2 years and 4 months old. mileage is 39300 km. kabhi cheen cheen. te kabhi choon choon. honda walon ke paas le ja le ja ke thak chuka. those ******** dont know a **** about it. Today it started giving sound of a Riksha. that is soooo embarassing. despite doing regular cheups from MF honda 3S, I dont know why it is giving the Riksha sound. called Honda people, as usual they only know making bills and nothing else. i request all of you, please help me out how to solve the Riksha sound problem. Should I suo honda mother fuckers? I would like to ask the Pakistani population, please don't waste you mony. dont ever go for Honda City. I am pissed off. and dont know how to get rid of this ****.

This is not the way to tell members about your adventures at honda 3S. If you, yourself have no idea whats wrong, you have no right to blame 3S shops as they are ATM machines to honda atlas.

They would only solve your issues if you point them out straight to them and tell them k ye masla ha, theek na hua to new gari aapki baaji k jahez me sath loon ga.

Walking upto them and saying "bhai check kr do" is simply the most pathetic idea on this planet.

Guys,In City 99 the front indicator bulb is same... which bulb to install in it? if double point then there is no double point bulb in orange colour in market... can i install single point orange bulb in it? will it work for both parking and indicator??

After travelling from hyderabad to quetta even my 04 city is having choo choo and i exactly know where its coming from and i know the solution. Its a car bro. A mechanical horse. It speaks in such way. As all suggested u need to underatand the problem before running to 3S dealers.

shahid bhai, what went wrong? no one has ever complained so much about a city. my idsi now has 260k kms n is still doing fine! did u try to find out whats the problem? a close friend also owns a 2010 and it has done 75000kms n is going strong! another one has a CNG-ed 2009 and its also doing great!
These 3S guys are stealers! dont go to them for every small task. i ve managed to stay away from them for about 4 years now, i still get top quality work done from local mecahnics (gud ones offcourse)

please explain ur problem a little bit. what wrong with it? any symptoms etc? as a combined, large group, theres hardly any problem we havent found solution of which. urs will have one too n someone here wud certainly help u. so cool down n try to explain whats going on with ur car...

wow... u ve quoted a post from page 1 anyways, 13km/ltr in city is not too bad. but u ll be happy to learn that it will certainly increase with the passage of time and kms on ur odometer. ur car is in the break-in period im assuming. it ll perform much better after a few thousand kms.

Bad Idea, not recommended. The dash cluster chassis of the civic ES is a lot different than your city, let alone the electronic incompatibilities.

Last week my car's left front side started dug dug sound at jumps and after inspection the mechanic pressed the control arm ball joints and the problem solved. However, the mechanic advised that as the car has done 160,000 Kilometers so i should go through all suspension work which includes new shocks and other parts.

Now i need views from senior members should i go for suspension work and where to buy parts. Is it worth purchasing kabli shocks? if new are recomended then which brand and any price idea. One more thing which parts other than shocks should be changed.

You didn't mention the model and year of City you are talking about. Personally I would go with kabuli parts especially those who ain't subject to regular wear and tear but for suspension i would never ever advise you to go for it. Instead go for the genuine honda parts. I know those are very expensive but this is about suspension of your car which is critical in terms of its safety apart from functionality. Also, don't try to go for shortcuts even in choosing the shops from where you would buy until and unless you are 100% sure if a particular shop has genuince parts. I'd stick with Honda auto parts shops/3S dealers in this case. This simple suggestion is based on the assumption that you love your car and would like to keep it for considerable time in future. Rest is your choice.

As for parts replacement, it depends on what suspension parts are in bad shape and require replacement. It would start from Z-joint bushes, Rack ends, ball joints etc. apart from shocks and recoils. So better get with a reliable mechanic for the advice after complete inspection and assessment of your car.

Thank brother for detailed reply. My car is 2005 idsi. Inshallah as per ur advise I'll opt genuine Honda parts but the prices at 3s shops are very high compare to local market. do u know about any good shop in IBd/Rwp having genuine parts.

guys, thuk thuk thuk sounds from right side of front suspension under heavy acceleration (1st n 2nd gear). What could it be? to me it sounds like it could be the front axle. the boots are fine, no grease leak etc. anyone?

unless u hear some sound from it or the suspension behaves in ways its not supposed to, NO need to change anything! suspension repairs/replacement is a damn expensive job and a messy one too. i know it bcuz i ve gone through it. so i wud say keep using the car like it is for as long as theres no issue.

if no problem then dont replace anything, Btw kabli part are not that bad, its ur luck how much they are used before. I had kabli
damper (Shock=damper+spring) in my city and its going very fine.
