You didn't mention the model and year of City you are talking about. Personally I would go with kabuli parts especially those who ain't subject to regular wear and tear but for suspension i would never ever advise you to go for it. Instead go for the genuine honda parts. I know those are very expensive but this is about suspension of your car which is critical in terms of its safety apart from functionality. Also, don't try to go for shortcuts even in choosing the shops from where you would buy until and unless you are 100% sure if a particular shop has genuince parts. I'd stick with Honda auto parts shops/3S dealers in this case. This simple suggestion is based on the assumption that you love your car and would like to keep it for considerable time in future. Rest is your choice.
As for parts replacement, it depends on what suspension parts are in bad shape and require replacement. It would start from Z-joint bushes, Rack ends, ball joints etc. apart from shocks and recoils. So better get with a reliable mechanic for the advice after complete inspection and assessment of your car.
