mine gives upto 175km/cyl with a/c on highways.and if i keep a light foot, it can easily be extended to 200km/cyl.
gives around 140km/cyl locally with a/c.again, it can be extended.

last time i checked on petrol, gave an avg of 18.1km/ltr.

Well never checked in the city but I think it would be around 100-120. But highway is the right thing to evaluate Avg.

You are in multan, you have highways all around. If i take the highway from karachi, the only place i can go is Hyderabad and there is no reason for me to go there, since "Pulla" is now available in Karachi!

hi bro. I am actually out of city on company business. luckily here at plant Honda guys are coming tomorrow for free tuning and check for their center's promotion. will update you tomorrow about that.

every honda city is made on civic platform......old city has even engine of honda civic....honda city 1.5 exi has d15 engine and honda city 1.3 (sx8) has d13b engine.....these 2 engines are also found in civic

Thanks brother.....Yup this color sure is beautiful and rare.Mine is 2007 Idsi....But I need to have a tuning of this car as it is not giving a good mileage on Cng I bought it from a Major who usually drove this in Cantt.

Guys pls share ur city's average on CNG n petrol.

What should be the optimum Avg on CNG n petrol.

Mine city 2000 is doing 15km on petrol and 200km on CNG (8kgs)
(On highway, AC On).

Mine City 2007 Vario is doing 13 Km/Litter in City(Lahore) with A/C on. Highway Millage is around 17-18km/Litter.

Don't have CNG so can't say about that.

Well that mean my city consumes good on cng but not so good on petrol. 15km in one litter is below Avg for city ... It should be around 17-18, isn't it?

As per my mechanic, this Avg is ok because once cng is on-board, petrol Avg is diturbed. Also its 10 year old car now. What u guys think.

thanx bro of all the people who ever commented on the color of my car, most had negative thoughts but i love this color! looks beautiful when polished and cleaned.

yes its normal, a car tuned on cng will not give the best mileage on petrol.

Salam to all brothers & dudes,

need some help on how to clean the interior of new city? Its black plastic and i have kids whom i daily pick and drop to school apart from office use of car. I asked the Honda 3S dealer at 1st 1,000 km free checkup about it and they recommended Tuff Stuff Vinyl cleaner. But upon usage, it made some parts of the dashboard surface white. I purchased Tuff Stuff from Metro. Then I used old times wax spray and now its 95% fine. But the problem still remains how to manage to keep it clean apart from wet cloth usage which is not a proper option.

black is indeed very hard to maintain.there r 2 types of finishes that people like.

1) clean and shiney
for this,, get a formula one cleaner, clean all the stains on the dashboard first and then spray little bit 3CF/7CF shiner spray on the dashboard and wipe if throughly.this will leave a parmanent shiney surface.make sure u dont spray too much shiner as it wud be hard to wipe it and dirt wud stick.
i like this one but theres one problem, during day time driving, the glare from sun hinders ur view.u can leave the area in front of the driver and polish the rest of the dashboard to minimize this.

2) clean and dry
simple dont spray the 3CF shiner on the dashboard.it wud stay clean but dry.

theres an in-between way too, after cleaning the stains, spray some shiner on a cloth and rub that cloth on the dashboard.this way, the shine wud be minimum but the dull look wud go away.
