Honda City, How long should one let the engine Idle before driving

Hi guyz, I Have Honda City 2008 IDSI. Can anyone please clear following queries revolving in my mind since months.

There is a Myth: Let your engine warm up for several minutes before driving.. How long should one let the engine Idle ?

I have been using Caltex 10,30w red engine oil should it be changed after every 4,000 miles? i usually drive it on CNG

Which Coolant is good for Honda City ?

Please assist.

Brother it takes 30 sec or max 2 min before the oil proper flowing starts in circulation.

Thanks for the response Mr. Bradpit. Can u also guide about the Oil Mileage, i usually change it b/w 3500 and 4000 but Mechanics told me to drag it till 5000. any idea

Using 5/30 will be ideal for City rather than 10/30.
Total Quartz 9000 Fully synthetic 5/30 SN price 2800/4L. SCI 6~7K
PTT Performa 5/30 SN price 2550/4L. SCI ~6K

If wanna go for more longer change interval, then use 5/40.

I am using caltex fully synthetic and drain after 9000kms in my idsi
Zix xq quantity used to reduce, so left that
