Dear do not panic. What has been done, is done, and I think nothing can be done about it now.
From next time, just try to not do it, and if the service station guys intend to spray any such stuff, simply ask them to avoid it.

Just wash it again with a good degreaser or surf and call it a day. Try to pin point the source of squeaking. Most likely it would be bushing of shocks. Apply WD40 which squeaking is too much otherwise these squeaks disappear after a while.
